First Priority Greater Birmingham works in the community as a strategic partnership of churches, ministers, business people, educators, parents and students who are concerned about the moral and spiritual well-being of teenagers in Greater Birmingham. First Priority connects the church to the campus to share Christ with students. Our vision is to reach every student on every campus in every community with the love and message of Jesus Christ.

 

More than 15,000 students each week are being impacted by First Priority clubs that meet on over 200 campuses when school is in session.

 

First Priority campus clubs meet weekly on campus during non-curriculum time. These club meetings are student-initiated and student-led. Students hold one another accountable, are challenged to live out their faith, share their personal stories and bring their friends to hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a non-threatening environment.

 

First Priority is multi-denominational. We believe that the church should not only work as a congregation and denomination but also as a city of believers uniting in prayer, passion and purpose. First Priority is the extension of the local church youth ministry onto the campus.
 
First Priority sends out an E-newsletter each week. We like to keep everyone informed about what is going on in our schools, about upcoming meetings and events and ways people can get involved.
