Register today for Leader's Summit 2012 |
We would like to invite you to join First Priority and Chick-fil-A for another high-impact, exciting one-day conference! The seventh annual Leader's Summit will be held on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at Samford University. The Summit will feature live music and inspirational messages geared toward highly motivated student leaders and teacher sponsors involved in First Priority campus clubs. Students will be equipped and encouraged on a new level. Some of the nation's top leaders will provide in-depth leadership training in timeless skills, making them better leaders in all aspects of campus life. Thanks to our gracious sponsors, we are able to provide this event at no cost to attendees. Most boards of education across the Birmingham-Metropolitan area have agreed to allow a First Priority faculty sponsor and up to five students from every school with an active campus club to attend the event as an excused absence. To find out if the board of education for your school has approved this Summit as an excused absence, call First Priority at 205.871.8886. Speak with the community volunteer, parents or business leaders who work with your clubs to help with transportation. Since this event takes place during school hours, we encourage you to apply with your school's administration for permission to attend. We have enough space for 5-10 students from each school to attend. If you have more than 10 students, please contact our office at 205.871.8886 to check space availability. Each student will receive a Leader's Summit wristband, workbook and a Chick-fil-A lunch. We will also be giving out door prizes as well as information about scholarship and employment opportunities for student leaders. We hope you will plan to attend this exciting leadership training event! Register now online by clicking on the link below. The deadline for registration is Friday, Jan. 20, 2012. If you are not able to attend, we ask that you please keep the students, teachers, campus coaches and speakers in your prayers. Click here to register |
We need your support... it's critical! |
Have you ever given a Christmas gift and saw it instantly doubled? Well, during our 2011 Victory Matching Challenge, that's exactly what will happen! Some donors have challenged us to raise as much as $100,000 for the ministry of First Priority, and they will match it dollar-for-dollar! In these challenging economic times every gift is critical. I hope you'll prayerfully consider giving a special gift for this year's Victory Matching Challenge. Every gift of love, every prayer, every word of support to a Christian student, faculty sponsor or youth worker means that another student will have the opportunity to hear the life-changing Gospel of Christ. Thank you for your support! Click here to support our Victory Matching Challenge |
