Dear First Priority Prayer Warrior Friends,

We have so much to pray for and to praise God for. Please pray with me for First Priority schools and students, and pray as the Lord leads you for wisdom and protection for the First Priority leadership.

Dear Lord,

We thank you again and again for the goodness that you have shown through First Priority. Your work in the public schools is evident, and we ask that You will continue to light a fire in the hearts of the kids that participate in First Priority. We pray that they will share their joy in You that will ignite the hearts of the students and teachers around them. Lord give the student leaders and teacher sponsors Your wisdom about how You desire each individual school to be impacted by First Priority. We ask that You cover each school with the power of Your blood, and that You fill each heart with the power of Your love.

Lord, we continue to pray for the matching of funds for First Priority for the rest of 2010. We beseech You, Father God, to provide for this important work that promotes Your kingdom. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, and we pray that you will open the heavens with blessings for First Priority, both financially and spiritually. We are deeply grateful, Lord, for Your faithfulness.

Lord, we lift up the Live in the Mountains Conference that will be held at the end of this month. We pray that You will draw the churches that You desire to impact with this event. We ask that You will draw the students to this event that need a touch from You. We pray that families will be drawn to Live in the Mountains as well.

Anoint the bands that play at Live in the Mountains with sounds from heaven. Help their music prepare the hearts of the participants to be focused on You Lord, and help them to be tender to the Word that You have for them. Give the speakers a rhema word that will pierce the hearts of Your people, and give them a passion to live their lives for You being "living episcles read of all men." Father God, let Your countenance shine down on this event so that each soul there will be changed and charged with Your Spirit. We thank You in advance for Your weighty presence that will mark this time with Your children.

Father, we ask You that You will download into the minds of the speakers at

Live in the Mountains the vision that You have for the participants to walk out Your gospel in their schools. Lord, we humbly ask You for revival for our schools and for our city. Raise up students to be prayer warriors at this event that will war on their knees on behalf of the kids that they go to school with. Help them to see their classmates as You see them, and help them to love the unlovely, the unlovable and the unloved at their schools. Give these participants at Live in the Mountains an extra measure of Your love to accomplish this purpose.

Lord, we lift up the BBVA Compass Bowl to You. We ask You to draw the people to that event that You desire to touch. We pray that the band, Building 429, will be filled with Your Spirit as they perform at the Be Bold Concert prior to the game. Give the leadership of First Priority wisdom about what their part in this event needs to be, so that it might impact Your kingdom most profoundly. Please bless this event with Your presence, and the power of Your blood. Holy Spirit, we ask for Your weighty presence to begin to infiltrate Legion Field even now, weeks before the event takes place. Lord, we ask You to please burden our hearts when You need us to pray for these events, or for the First Priority staff, teacher sponsors, or participants. Help us to keep our ears to Your heart, so that we might see First Priority produce great fruit in this season of time. Also Lord, we pray that You will put kids on the minds of the students that will attend these two events; kids that they need to reach out to, because You have plans for them and You want to touch them.

Lord, we pray that You will keep everyone associated with First Priority, and the events that they are sponsoring, safe and focused on You and Your plans.
