Melvin Harter Ministries was incorporated in 1986. In 1999, In 1999, Dr. Harter purchased Rev. A. A. Allen's Miracle Valley located in southeast Arizona. Since that time, the property in being restored, one building at a time.
Every person who has supported this ministry, both in their financial donations as well as their volunteered labor, is greatly appreciated.
