Special Gift For Our Partners
Those individuals who will stand by us financially in
the restoration of Miracle Valley, our staff will send
you these three messages preached by Dr. Harter.
These sermons will be on CD. They will be mailed to
you for your love offering to help us purchase
additional materials need for Miracle Valley.
Dr. Harter states in his message regarding
- The Blood - "I am a blood preacher and I
have a blood sermon for you."
This message informs the listener that the
blood of Jesus has paid the highest price and bought
us out of our sins. Some have said this is the
greatest message they have ever
heard.- A Fresh Anointing -
"Why are ye so lean in being a King's
son?"
This message deals with the
beginning of the modern-day Pentecostal Movement
and where it is today. - The Church -
"What was started in the Spirit cannot end up in the
flesh."
The message deals with the fact
that God is going to have a Church whether the devil
likes it or not. This message was preached and
resulted in a service that lasted over 7 hours and
completely shut down the entire Bible College in
Baton Rouge, LA. One student was so touched by
God that he could stand it no longer. He left the
service to go outdoors where he began preaching on
the street corners.
Remember, God spoke to Dr. Harter to "go down to
Miracle Valley and build My bible college." Since
1999, Dr. Harter has done his best.
Against impossible odds and the forces of hell, Dr.
Harter has pressed forward for God.
However, just as God has called Dr. Harter to restore
Miracle Valley, God is calling others to stand
alongside of him and help hold his hands up even as
Moses' hands were held up.
Will you join us in holding up Dr. Harter's hands? God
richly bless you.

Greetings!
We have all county permits necessary to restore
Miracle Valley. We desperately need finances to
purchase additional material and workers. Especially
workers who have a desire to help us restore Miracle
Valley.
Young people are waiting for its restoration so they
too can come to Miracle Valley and be trained for
God's work.
If there ever was a need for a nation-wide revival, it
is now! However, there can be revival if students
are properly trained and have the anointing of the
Holy Ghost upon their lives.
I have enclosed various emails, letters, etc. that we
have received here at Miracle Valley. These all
express various individuals who have a desire to
come and restore Miracle Valley.
I invite everyone of you to come and join with us in
this great endeavor for the Lord. We are "digging
the wells of revival" again. Please telephone and let
us know that you are coming. Room and board will
be provided for everyone. God bless you. - Dr.
Harter

Article From Lloyd C. Clark |
|
(Pictured above is Trent Howland from Michigan,
volunteering his time at Miracle Valley)
Dear Brothers in Christ Jesus,
God has placed a burden on my heart to bring
together men and women of God, to work together
for the purpose of preparing a training ground for
men and women to be trained and sent out into the
world to bring a harvest unto the Lord.
I have recently become acquainted with a work in
Arizona that is in dyer need of help. A Bible College
that was for sale and proposed to be bulldozed down
and replaced by big industry has been purchased for
the restoration of a Bible College and Seminary. The
Bible College has been renamed Miracle Valley Bible
College & Seminary.
The primary thrust of their academic program is to
provide students with both a thorough grounding in
the Bible and opportunities for immediate practical
ministry experience. The institution is Evangelical,
Holiness and Pentecostal; and believes that the
Church has been given a renewed emphasis on the
Person and Work of the Holy Spirit.
While the study of the Bible is paramount, a solid
foundation of appropriate general education courses
is included in all college degree programs.
How would you like to be a part of this? You can by
prayer, influence, courage and strength.
There are about 400 students waiting to be trained
for ministry, right now! We need to send men and
women to help put new roofing on the buildings
before winter. They need plumbing, electrical, some
framing, wallboard, paint and concrete porch work
done as well in order to make the buildings habitable.
United in the name of Christ Jesus, we can make this
happen.
I am sending you this letter as a plea for help, prayer
and direction for contacts to support the work of our
Lord.
I would like to leave Sunday evening, January 29, if
possible, with a busload of 15 to 20 workers for at
least a one-week mission work tour. All food and
lodging will be paid for.
God Bless you and yours, Bro. Chuck Clark

Email Received From Russell Roe |
|
(The above picture is Russell's father, Rev.
Hartley H. Roe, Dean of Men in 1961 at Miracle Valley)
Dr Harter,
My name is Russell Roe, MVHS class of "62". I had
the opportunity to meet you about three years ago
during the MVTC "classics" reunion held up the road
at the camp retreat area.
My Father was Dean of Men and taught in the Bible
school under Dr. Gray. You can refer to the 1961 and
1962 year books for references.
I am trying to decide on a week or so this winter to
get away from the grind of life here and thought I
might be able to help a little at the Valley, but only if
I can be of some use to you.
I am an electrician (electrical contractor) and a
general contractor licensed in CA.
Please let me know if my skills are something which
could be of service to our Lord in His Valley, even if
only temporarily.
In His Service
Russ Roe

An Email Received From Rev. Robert McGowan |
|
(Volunteers working together to install new
drywall.)
Dr. Harter:
Please notify me when painting is needed and a
contractor with the necessary equipment to paint is
in place (dates are important).
When I hear from you I will do all I can to assure my
schedule is adjusted to make the trip to donate my
time to paint as this was my former business trade.
My schedule will start to get busy during the summer
months; however I would love to do all I can to
assist if at all possible. God’s Love! - Rev. Robert
McGowan

An Email Received From Mike in New York State |
|
(Pictured above is Israel Aquilar from northwest
Ohio taking his vacation by volunteering at Miracle
Valley.)
Hey, Do you need people that are already
experienced; or do you have workers already in
specific fields that are willing to train?
I really don't have sufficient experience with that
type of stuff. I've done mostly construction clean-up
(usually the starting position for most).
Anyway, I don't know where you're at with all that,
but I thought I'd drop you a line anyway. Talk to you
later. In Christ - Mike
Mike has already telephoned Miracle Valley. He
lives at Long Island, NY, is 21 years old, loves God
and desires to help restore Miracle Valley. He plans
to arrive at Miracle Valley very soon. Everyone,
regardless of their skills, is welcome to come to
Miracle Valley, AZ and help us restore the
campus.

Gary & Lolie Tope, Missionaries from India & Africa |
|
(Above is a picture of Rev. Peter Contreras of
Blue Island, NY & Ray Atchinson, an Allenite who has
been at Miracle Valley since August 1958, working on
the roof of the tabernacle.)
Gary & Lolly Tope were serving as missionaries in
India and Africa.
While in India, they read our Miracle Valley
advertisement in a Charisma Magazine requesting
volunteers to come and help restore Miracle Valley.
Here is what they write - "Dear sirs,
I had spoken to you about coming to Miracle Valley
to assist in the restoration of your facility. My name
is Gary Tope and my wife's name is Lolly. She is an
LPN and I have been a counselor/mentor to troubled
youth.
We are currently in India as missionaries. We left the
U.S.A. in February and served the Lord in Malawi,
Africa and are in Tamil Nadu, India currently. We
have been with the Assembly of God, with Pastor
Clarence Maruthiah in Tirunelveli, the Indian
Evangelistic Team in Orissa and Andhra Pradesh and
have also worked with Mercy Abraham of Mahalir
Aran Trust in Dharmapuri, an orphanage, training
center for abused women and girls.
We will be back in the United States this December
9th and we would seriously like to assist you in your
project. Be blessed, Gary & Lolly Tope"
God spoke to their heart, and they have already
arrived at Miracle Valley one week ago. They are
both currently working very hard to help restore
Miracle Valley.
It is amazing to us that God is sending us workers
from around the world. Last February, Dan Sloan
came from South Korea. The Topes have arrived
from India. In addition, there are certain men from
Africa who desire to restore Miracle Valley as well
and they are currently making preparations to come.
