Year of Jubilee
Photo of Tabernacle
This is the 50th year for Miracle Valley.
It was 1958 when a young man by the name of Urbane Leiendecker obeyed God and donated his ranch to Rev. A. A. Allen who founded and established Miracle Valley.
Miracle Valley was set aside and dedicated to God for the training of Holy Ghost anointed ministers.
Since that time, Miracle Valley has been continually used each year for its sole purpose.
As many of you know, it has not been easy at Miracle Valley. There are obstacles Satan puts in our way; however, the Lord is always faithful and met our need each time. Praise God!
Miracle Valley has had more rains this year than any other time in the past nine years.
Miracle Valley's finances are drastically down, but everyone is still believing God each day.
It is as though the Devil is doing everything he can to stop what God has planned for Miracle Valley.
Nevertheless, we are pressing on by faith in Jesus Christ, and God has never failed us yet. |
Guest Weeps in the Tabernacle Spirit of God Came Down
Greg came by for a visit. He had heard about Miracle Valley and how that we need to honor those of the Healing Moving of the 1940s & 50s, so he came for a visit to Miracle Valley.
Once he had arrived, he immediately entered the old tabernacle.
He had come to pray for some special needs; however, he was unable to do so.
All Greg could do was weep before the Lord and begin repenting.
Greg had never felt the presence of the Lord so strong in all his life.
He informed Dr. Harter that "God is going to heal the sick and diseased as they step on the grounds of Miracle Valley.
Also, God is going to once again demonstrate His supernatural power in the old Allen Tabernacle."
Greg informed Dr. Harter that just as the rains have been coming more intense this year than before, God's glory is about to fill the old tabernacle again!
God says, "GET READY!" His glory is about to fall once again at Miracle Valley.

Greetings!
I want to email you and inform you that GOD DID IT AGAIN!
The needed $12,000 was wired into our bank account last Tuesday afternoon and we immediately wired it out on Wednesday.
Our attorney called and said, "Somebody upstairs really likes you." He told me that he found out that if we did not have the funds wired by Wednesday, Miracle Valley was to be sold on Monday.
When Evangelist TJ Tipton was here for a week-end revival, he and I joined hands in the church lobby and prayed a short prayer of agreement, believing God to make a way for Miracle Valley.

Night Scenes at Miracle Valley Photo of the Cafeteria
Those individuals who support us here at Miracle Valley are people who are not rich with this world's goods.
Each week, these people literally live from paycheck to paycheck. However, they love the Lord and trust in Him with all their heart.
These are the individuals who are committed to the Lord and do whatever it takes for God's will to be done in their life. God will surely bless each person who supports His work in Miracle Valley.

She Borrowed It From The Bank Photo of the Assisted Living
I feel that you should know that the individual who wired $12,000 into our bank account really did not have the extra funds to do so.
However, when she learned of the pressing situation that was before us, and realized that Miracle Valley could be lost forever, she did what most would never have even consider.
Her automobile was paid in full. She went to her local bank, and borrowed the $12,000 on her car, and then had her bank wire these funds immediately to Miracle Valley's bank account in Sierra Vista, AZ.
I don't know about you, but my heart is tremendously touched by what this precious little sister did for Miracle Valley. I can't help it. When I think of what this woman did, tears flow down my face. I have cried out to God and prayed, "Lord, bless this woman for what she has done to help us."
And let me say that this woman is not a relative of mine, nor has she ever had any connection with the late Rev. A. A. Allen, nor Miracle Valley during Allen's day.
She is not an Alumnus of MVBC. But one thing is, she loves God and believes in what Sister Harter and I are doing at Miracle Valley.
Just like those whom God called to stand alongside of Brother Allen in the late 1950s and throughout the 1960s, God is calling people to stand alongside of us and what we are trying to do at Miracle Valley. - Dr. Harter

Willing To Give His All
Allen Tells How God Delivered Him
Today, a Bible College student walked into Dr. Harter's office and said, "All that I have in the bank is $73.36, and I want you to take it to help on the electrical bill for Miracle Valley."
Who is this young man? He is the grandson of Rev. A. A. Allen. John Allen (Allen second son) is his father. Jeff has come to attend Bible College and help Dr. Harter restore Miracle Valley. You
see, friends, we need a total of nearly $3,000 to keep the electric on
at Miracle Valley, and this young man is willing to give everything he
had.
Doesn't this sound like someone else you know? His name was Urbane Leiendecker, a man who gave his all.
Can you help us? Sister Harter wrote the electric checks out on faith from funds designated for payroll that is due tomorrow so the electric would not be turned off today. There was nothing else we could do but believe God for another miracle. Not only was Jeff willing to give all his money, he desired to give his all as well. And all that he owns is his truck. He wanted to sell his truck and like the disciples in the Bible who laid it at the feet of Jesus, this young man and his wife wanted to give all the funds to Miracle Valley. His truck may not sell but for a few thousand dollars if that, but the amount is irrelevant. What really matters is the sincerity of his heart in desiring to help Miracle Valley. Wouldn't it be wonderful if others had that same desire? Did Dr. Harter accept his money and his truck? Absolutely not! Jeff has a wife and four children. He and his wife already work in the cafeteria at Miracle Valley and prepare all the meals for the Assisted Living Home and Childcare Center. Currently, there are no funds to pay them, so they are working and in return, getting some housing and college tuition. Jeff needs every dollar he has to support his family. The fact is God doesn't need Jeff's few dollars and his truck. God knows Jeff's heart and his desire to see his grandfather A. A. Allen's former Bible College restored so that it can carry on with the vision that God established for it. Surely God has other people whose hearts He can touch to stand with Dr. & Mrs. Harter at Miracle Valley with their financial support. Friends, someday we will rejoice together in what God has done through all of our lives.
I realize that there will not always be donations for Miracle Valley. In fact, many people today have no knowledge of Miracle Valley, or the Rev. A. A. Allen, and how God worked here in a mighty way.
God has given me a plan for Miracle Valley. I believe it will be one that will sustain Miracle Valley for the years to come. However, until I can get this plan in full swing, I must depend on you to stand with us.
In our next email, which we hope to have out to you sometime next week, I want to share some vital facts with you.
I believe this next email may very well be the most important email that we have ever sent.
But please realize that we have been running in the red about $7,000 each month since April. We have cut everything we can possibly cut. Many people are currently working here without pay, trusting only in God for their needs. Please prayerfully consider standing with us in making a special donation to Miracle Valley. God bless every one of you.
Sincerely in Christ Jesus our Lord,
Dr. Melvin Harter

In his next email, Dr. Harter is going to share with you the plan that God gave to him several years ago, a plan that will enable Miracle Valley to sustain itself in the future and continue to be effective for the Kingdom of God until the Lord comes again.
Dr. Harter says, "I really do not always enjoy requesting donations with every email we send. However, there is nothing else I can do at this moment. I desperately need your help. If you do not stand with us, we can't make it."
"Just as God called me (a total stranger) to go to Miracle Valley and restore it, God has also called others to stand alongside of me. If God's work is to be accomplished here at Miracle Valley, it will take every one working together for the common cause. Please support us with your prayers and donations."
BE SURE TO LOOK FOR THE NEXT EMAIL THAT DR. HARTER SENDS OUT!
