We apologize that it has been 3 weeks without sending an email; however, Dr. & Mrs. Harter attended their daughter's wedding in Tennessee and then spoke in several churches promoting and informing people about Miracle Valley.

Personal Message From Dr. Harter

Miracle Valley

As you know, we have been working to obtain a loan for quite some time now, although we have been unsuccessful.

Meanwhile, our balloon payment came due. Although we paid our mortgage payment of over $12,000 each month, the finance company demanded the note be paid in full.  When we were unable to do so, foreclosure action was filed against Miracle Valley.
 
We still hope to obtain a refinance ASAP.  However, in order to save Miracle Valley from being sold at a Sheriff's Sale, we had to file Chapter 11 for Business Reorganization.
 
We have never had to do this in the past, so we are learning as we go.
 
But we still fall financially short each month and we need you to become a Partner with Miracle Valley for at least the next 12 months.
 
We have a Business Plan that will enable Miracle Valley to sustain itself. But it will take another year before it can be implemented. Until then, we are depending on God's people standing with us at Miracle Valley.

Miracle Valley celebrates is 50th Anniversary in 2008. This will be her YEAR OF JUBILEE.
Several lending institutions have indicated they may grant Miracle Valley a loan once its Charter School is in operation; however, the school cannot start until next year. We have an excellent Business Plan. We just simply need some financial assistance each month to help us carry the load. We accept VISA and MASTER CARD. Please pray about this and consider making a monthly financial contribution to Miracle Valley so it can fulfill the plan that God has for Miracle Valley

WHAT IS GOD'S DIVINE WILL?
 
Many believe that God's will is always fulfilled and so they conclude "GOD ALWAYS PROVIDES WHERE HE GUIDES" (statement usually used to excuse one's self from giving to the work of God).  But is this always true?  Think about it for a minute.  GOD USES PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY HIS OWN PEOPLE, TO ACCOMPLISH AND FULFILL HIS DIVINE WILL.
 
According to scripture, HELL WAS NEVER MADE FOR MAN. It was created for the devil and the fallen angels. Yet, God declares that MEN WHO REJECT JESUS CHRIST are cast into hell.  The fact is - God has even had to ENLARGE HELL for the vast number of souls that are going there.  Yet, according to scripture again, we know that  IT IS GOD'S DIVINE WILL FOR ALL MEN TO BE SAVED AND GO TO HEAVEN.  But everyone is not going to heaven. Many are going to hell. Some for rejecting Christ as their personal Savior, and others because they have never heard of Jesus Christ.
 
God called Dr. Melvin Harter from Ohio to "Go to Miracle Valley and build My Bible College."  God knew that Dr. Harter could not carry the load himself; therefore, He has called others to stand alongside of Dr. Harter and help in the restoration of Miracle Valley.  Dr. Harter obeyed God. Now Miracle Valley's future depends on whether those whom God has called as to wether they obey or not.  You see, it does not always solely depend on the divine will of God; rather, it depends on the children of God as to their response. Help us fulfill and implement God's will for Miracle Valley.  Become a PARTNER today.  
 
Help us to implement GOD'S DIVINE WILL for MIRACLE VALLEY so it can be restored and we can train students in God's Word. These students will go to the entire world with the message JESUS SAVES!
