Financing for Miracle Valley
Since last year, we have been working diligently to refinance Miracle Valley. In an email which we just sent out, I shared with you about all the reasons why some financial lenders denied us of our loan.
However, I had failed to inform you that we currently do have several lenders who are preparing to propose a loan to Miracle Valley.
What several banking institutions asked our existing mortgage lender was simply just for a little more time; however, we were denied any extension. We have been given no recourse if we are to save Miracle Valley.
We know that we will obtain refinancing very soon. These monies should be adequate funds to take care of our existing mortgage, as well as enable the Apartment complex and our two Charter School buildings to be completely up-dated and remodeled. Any one who has seen our childcare center and our assisted living home will know the type of quality that we put into these buildings.
Our refinance should also enable us to PURCHASE the necessary metal roofing material for the rest of the buildings. These buildings include: (1) Bath House, (2) Tabernacle, (3) Fire Station, (4) Garage, (5) Boys Dormitory, (6) Girls Dormitory, (7) both Charter School buildings, and (8) the Apartment Complex.
We hope that we will get volunteers to help us put the new roofing metal on the buildings and/or we will hire local workers and pay them a fair wage to help us.
Putting new metal roofs on all the existing buildings is very important because it will eliminate any additional water damage to the structures, thus permitting us to remodel the interior of each facility.
I literally stretch every dollar and we hope to have ample funds to remodel the tabernacle as well. Rev. Dr. Garry Hickman, an Alumni of Miracle Valley Bible College, recently emailed me some lovely colored pictures of the inside of the tabernacle when it was utilized by Rev. A. A. Allen. It was such a beautiful sight to behold. We hope to have these pictures posted on our web site at
www.miraclevalleyarchives.org soon so you can enjoy them as well.
Friend, we must not allow Miracle Valley to die. Miracle Valley must continue on in what God has called it to do. We honor and respect Brother Allen and his ministry, but we do not idolize him. Brother Allen was a man just like other men, only he dedicated his life to God. Do you not think it possible that other men today can dedicate their life to God as well? Certainly! And that is the purpose of Miracle Valley for today's generation.
I would hope that everyone who ever had anything to do with Miracle Valley; particularly, those who were associated in any way with the Miracle Valley Training Center, the Miracle Valley Bible College, or even the Southern Arizona Bible College, would take courage and catch the vision for Miracle Valley today. There is so much for all of us to do. Why don't we just work together for God? I promise you that if you will help me and the other dedicated men and women who work at Miracle Valley, you will see Miracle Valley come alive again! Men and women will leave this place once again with the "fire of the Holy Ghost anointing upon them."
