  • Greetings!

Since our purchase of Miracle Valley in August 1999, it has been one long struggle. Demons from hell have attacked this sacred place like nothing I have ever seen in all my ministry.

These times require a total breakthrough of these evils. Miracle Valley must have a spiritual and financial breakthrough. I believe we have been through enough and have fought enough battles. It is now time for total victory for Miracle Valley.

We are almost there. I can sense it. Victory for Miracle Valley is just ahead. Do you know why? The Lord has revealed it to me. Praise God!

    My Grandfather was an Evangelist
    Gramps & me

As a child growing up in a godly home, one thing that I learned at an early age was prayer. I will never forget the many times my family members prayed and cried unto God on their knees literally for hours.

It was under a little old ragged gospel tent in Marietta, Ohio where I was holding tent revival meetings that my blessed old grandfather, Milford Buckler, shared with me how he held successful tent revivals especially back in the 1930s, 40s, 50s and 60s.

That night, following the evening service, Gramps showed me how he had God’s power in his revival meetings, meetings that often went several months at a time. The answer was PRAYER.

My grandfather prayed that evening the entire night through. I will never forget it. It seems like it was just yesterday to me.

When my grandfather prayed, you could always hear him a long way off. He prayed out loud, in fact, very loud.

I am an eye-witness to the fact that my grandfather prayed over 12 hours without even taking a break. Yes, I know something about prayer.

God Reminded Me of the Prayer Meetings

A few weeks ago, while seeking the Lord, I was reminded of those early years of my life.

Two of the greatest Pentecostal denominations that God raised up during the Twentieth Century are the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (Oklahoma City, OK) and the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). Great manifestations of the Holy Ghost is revealed throughout the history of these two great churches.

Men of God whom I knew were men of prayer. Also, men such as TL Copeland and R. J. Varnell were great holiness men of prayer.

TL Copeland prayed a hour every day. If he missed his "Hour of Prayer" due to whatever reason, he made it up the very next day. Copeland was from Cleveland, TN and had been with the Holiness Movement. Due to his praying, he received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and soon later joined the Church of God where he became an ordained minister.

    R. J. Varnell was from the Dalton, GA/Chattanooga, TN area. He was a Church of God preacher for nearly 50 years. He labored and build several churches in Ohio and won many people to Jesus Christ. How did he do it? It was because of his prayer life. If we are to be successful for God, we too must become men and women of prayer.

My mind then went to the Book of Acts, chapters 1 & 2. Those early New Testament saints prayed for 10 days and nights which then brought them to the Day of Pentecost. It was precisely at that time that the Holy Ghost fell upon each of the 120 people gathered together that morning. Cloven tongues like as fire sat upon each of them.

It has been 100 years since the great Azusa Street Revival, meetings that touched the entire world for Christ and where most Pentecostal churches find their roots.

Having studied Church History for many years, I know it was exactly 10 days of fasting and prayer that W. J. Seymour and a small group of people accomplished just prior to that vast outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Los Angeles.

Friend, every great revival has always had its beginning in prayer and dedication to God.

Personally, I am tired of the hipe and hollywood entertainment style of some churches. I simply want God to come down again like I have seen Him in days gone by. Do you feel the same way? Then let's do something about it. Let's pay the price and have God's supernatural anointing upon us again.

I am hungry for God. The old saints have all been called away. All that remains are a few recordings of their sermons. The gospel torch has been passed to our generation and we too have a tremendous and sacred obligation to pass this torch on to the next generation.

My mind goes to the Book of Judges, Chapter 2, Verse 10 where it says, “And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not the Lord, nor yet the works which he had done for Israel.”

I recently received a telephone call from an elderly lady over in Dallas, Texas. She had been acquainted with the Allen Ministry. She desired to obtain a video cassette tape of Rev. A. A. Allen's meetings where someone in a prayer line received a miracle. She said that her children and grandchildren have never in their entire life seen a real miracle or a deep move of God. She wanted to have something to show them that exemplified the power of God moving among people. This was the reason for her call.

I have decided that what we must do at Miracle Valley is to set aside 10 days, beginning on Wednesday, June 14 and continuing through Saturday evening, June 24, a time for fasting and prayer.

Dr. Dennis Robinson, Rev. Lee Belcher and myself have agreed among ourselves that we will not entertain telephone calls, fellowship with believers, or do any other duties at Miracle Valley during those 10 days. We will only give ourselves to prayer and fasting 24 hours a day for 10 days.

There will be no food to enter our lips. Our bodies will receive only water. We will reside in the old tabernacle, and in particular, the Prayer Tower for this duration. We will bring our pillows and blankets and when we are tired and can’t seem to go on, we will just fall over to sleep, only to wake to continue in prayer.

You may ask, “Why are you doing such a thing?”

Friend, we must have God in our midst. It is not enough for us to just hold protrated meetings. We must have the Spirit of the Lord to come into our meetings.

These are desperate times and it is going to take desperate measures if we want God to really come down and move among us again. Someone has to do something.

The scripture declares in Isaiah 59:1, 2 says, “Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.”

In a few days, the United States Senate will be voting on the MPA (Marriage Protection Act) where marriage will be defined as a union between one man and one woman.

If God does not intervene for us and give us a nationwide revival, sodomy will no doubt be accepted in our nation.

    Send Your Prayer Requests Today

Now there are two things that I would like to bring to you for your consideration:

    1. First of all, I invite everyone to come and join with us in these special solemn meetings. Even if you can only come and spend a short while in prayer, you are invited to do so.
    2. We invite everyone to send in their prayer requests, handkerchiefs, and aprons. Every prayer request will be laid upon the altar and we will sincerely seek God for your answer.

Many times we share with someone regarding some special need that we have, and then we proceed to ask them to pray for us. Of course, a person responds and says, "Certainly. I will pray for your need." However, everyone is so busy that we simply do not sincerely take that person's request to God in prayer. Oh, we might say a few words, but to travail in prayer until the answer comes, most generally we do not. This is the difference at Miracle Valley. We are going to pray day and night for 10 days for devils to be cast out, healings to occur, miracles to be manifested and a mighty revival to breakout in our midst.

According to Acts 19: 11, 12 “And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: So that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.”

You can send your prayer request via e-mail, letter, or fax. Our fax number is (520) 366-5829. Mailing address is - 9224 E Hwy 92 - Miracle Valley, AZ 85615. Our email address is - miracleoffice@yahoo.com

Mail your handkerchiefs and aprons and after 10 days of prayer and fasting, anointing them with oil, and laying our hands upon them, they will be returned to you via US mail.

Please be sure to enclose additional funds for return mail. Whatever it cost for you to mail your apron or handkerchief, please send the same amount (check or money order) so it can be mailed back to you.

Remember, time is of the essence. You don't have much time left. You cannot wait very long to get your prayer request to Miracle Valley. A person has less than two weeks. If you have a financial need, send in your prayer request. If you need a miracle in your life or healing for your body, send in your prayer request. If you have loved ones who have not accept Jesus Christ as their Lord & Savior, send in your prayer request. If you have been given up by the medical profession, send in your prayer request. Whatever your need, send your prayer request to Miracle Valley, Arizona.

If you can send in a picture or a small snap shot of the person you wish to have us pray for, please do so immediately. We will lay your requests and pictures upon the altars and call on God to meet every need.

    Miracle Sunday - June 25, 2006
    Swaggart's Church

Sunday, June 25, 2006, will be Miracle Sunday at Miracle Valley. If at all possible, plan to be in this special service.

We believe that after 10 days of prayer and fasting, God is going to move among us. We are going to experience miracles and healings in our midst.

We also believe that everyone who sends in a prayer request, God is going to move in their behalf. God richly bless each and everyone of you is our prayer.

(Pictured above is Dr. Harter's service at the Jimmy Swaggart Bible College where the Holy Ghost came down and the service continued for 7 hours resulting in the temporary closing of the Bible College that day in 1990.) (Other pictures presented represent people praying at Miracle Valley.)
