Greetings!
This is one of the most important emails that I am sending to you. Please do not delete it, but read what God has laid on my heart.
God spoke to my heart about His miracle working power and how that it should be exemplified today. However, I do not say this disrespectfully, but I find that many Christians are more concerned about their own fleshly desires. What God is interested in is lost souls and the healing of the body.
The scripture states, "The people who know their God shall do exploits." Do you know God? Are you doing exploits for God?
I see hurting and sick people everywhere. Prayer requests come into Miracle Valley from around the world. For example, one young girl had her leg amputated 3 years ago due to cancer. After enduring the chemo and radiation, it appeared she was cancer free. However, just a few weeks ago at the young age of 16, her parents were informed that the cancer had returned and spread throughout her body. Cases such as this go on and on. It literally breaks my heart and I cannot keep from crying when I implore God for these requests.
I have often thought, "Where can these people go to receive something from God?" Are miracles a thing of the past? Absolutely NOT! Then what are we doing about it? Well, I have an idea and I am going to do something about it!
Miracle Valley was and continues to be a place totally dedicated to God. God has done incredible miracles in Miracle Valley like nothing you have ever seen before. People who were literally dying and had no hope came to Miracle Valley and God gave them a miracle.
I feel led of the Lord that Miracle Valley must continue to be a place where the sick, the suffering and the dying can come and receive their miracle from the Lord. Therefore, I am remodeling apartments, places where these types of individuals can come to for up to two weeks without charge or cost.
I invite anyone and everyone who needs a miracle to come to Miracle Valley and believe God for their healing or miracle. I invite you to walk these hallowed grounds, to pray in the large Tabernacle, or pray in the Prayer Tower. Drink what is known by many the "Miracle Water" here at Miracle Valley.
Friends, we have Spirit-filled individuals here who will pray and believe God with you for your miracle. I know there are healing rooms throughout the nation that people can go to and this is good, but to my knowledge, there is no place where a sick person can go and stay for several weeks without charge and have people to pray for them.

Remodeling On Faith
 We are remodeling one of our apartments and doing it by faith in Jesus Christ.
Wood is screwed onto the beams. Two by fours and two by twos are screwed onto the existing beams in the ceiling. Two by four walls are constructed along all the exterior walls. This will permit new electrical wiring and adequate insulation to be installed.
 Apartment # 4 is being brought up to date. The old existing drywall does not have the fire retardant and the electrical wiring must be brought to current guidelines. So the workers physically removed the old drywall.
 In order to save energy costs in the future, the apartment is fully insulated.
 A special five-eight inch fire coded drywall is installed throughout the apartment unit. This guarantees that each apartment will be safe. The drywall is very heavy and it requires several men to put it into place. Drywall screws are put into the drywall to insure that it will hold.
 The drywall has been placed on all the ceilings throughout the apartment. Next, the walls will be covered with new drywall. Soon it will be time for the sheetrock to be taped, mudded, sanded, and then painted. Apartment # 4 will be a lovely one-bedroom facility that will be enjoyed and last for many years to come.
 The workers have installed the new sheet rock on the ceilings and are now in the process of putting it on the walls. The photo here is Sister Harter walking through Apartment 4.
Sister Harter is thanking God for what He has already done, but she is also praying that God will send again the necessary funds that are so desperately needed at Miracle Valley. The workers are due to be paid this coming Friday and, as usual, there are no funds in the bank. The sheet rock that was purchased is now used up.
Everyone at Miracle Valley is praying and believing God with Dr. & Mrs. Harter for the necessary monies needed to continue God's work at Miracle Valley. As soon as these funds arrive, additional dry wall and other required material will be purchased. |

Current Happenings at Miracle Valley
 Ray Lopez is praying for a young man in the Miracle Valley Prayer Tower who has a special need.  Francis Alvarez is praying over special prayer requests that have come in. Francis has prayed from 9 pm to 6 am, interceding for the needs regarding these special prayer requests. In addition, Francis has a special ministry to local jails and state prisons.
Susan Lopez has laid prayer requests on the altars in the Prayer Tower. She is weeping before the Lord and asking God to heal the people and save the lost.
 An 88 year old missionary/evangelist goes into the Miracle Valley Prayer Tower at 5 pm and stays there until 5 am, praying and believing God for miracles, signs and wonders to occur again at Miracle Valley. Each year, Sister Maria goes to Europe to preach the gospel. This year is no exception. She is scheduled to leave in the early part of May and return to Miracle Valley in late October. |

Miracle Valley Water
 We are getting many requests for the water at Miracle Valley to be sent out to various people. This is the same water that Rev. A. A. Allen sent to the people.
One man telephoned and requested additional water. He testified that while drinking the water he received from Miracle Valley, his stomach problem was healed. Several people who have cancer received water from Miracle Valley. A dentist said to someone who had been drinking water from Miracle Valley, "Whatever you are drinking, keep drinking it. Your gums and teeth have greatly improved."
When we have sent Miracle Valley water out to these people, it has always been someone that was going into that area. They took cases of water on their motor home, or included it in their luggage on the airline.
We do not have funds to send water through other means. If you would like to have some water from Miracle Valley, we will be happy to send it to you COD. Every drop of water is prayed over before it goes out. | |

Walking On Water at Miracle Valley
Friends, I am walking on water here at Miracle Valley. You know what I mean. Just as Peter believed Jesus and stepped out of his boat and began to walk on the water by faith. It was only when he took his eyes off of Jesus and began to look at his circumstance about him did he begin to sink.
At Miracle Valley, we are keeping our eyes upon Jesus. Should we look at our circumstances, then we will sink too. Literally, any day I could sink and it certainly appears that that is exactly is what is going to happen to us in the next month or so.
But I am standing firm on God's Word and believing Jesus all the way. Sure it gets rough and we are becoming weary in the battle, but thank God we also have hundreds, if not several thousands, praying for us and holding us up to God in prayer of which I am most thankful.
Nevertheless, Miracle Valley needs a MIRACLE! I have done all that God commanded me. I know that God will call others alongside of this great work that is going forward at Miracle Valley. When in all reality we should literally sink, there is amazement in the world's eyes as they look at what God is doing at Miracle Valley.
