THE LIGHTS ARE OFF IN MIRACLE VALLEY
Less than two months after our arrival in Miracle Valley way back in 1999, troubles came our way.
First, there were WATER ISSUES with the water company across the highway. We were informed that we will have to pay thousands of dollars a year for our water. We soon discovered that the water company across the highway had come onto our property just a few months prior and illegally tapped into the water lines of the Bible College. We had to go to court.
Secondly, we found ourselves in a quagmire with our COUNTY GOVERNMENT. Again, legal fees and back to court.
Thirdly, we had differences between the PREVIOUS OWNERS and ourselves. Again, back to court.
Fourthly, we have had major issues with our current MORTGAGE COMPANY. This has been one of the greatest struggles that we have faced and are currently involved with.
It is in this struggle that it has appeared to be all over for Miracle Valley. Currently, this is where we are.
We have had to close down our Assisted Living Home as well as our Childcare Center due to our present lender.
This was very hard to do, especially when one realizes all the work that has gone into getting them functional.
All of this seems to have occurred at one of the worse times ever. Both our Assisted Living Home and Childcare Center had new people who expressed their desire to become a part of these programs.
We have all worked very hard just to get the Assisted Living Home and Childcare Center established, and just at the very time when they should be successful in generating between $36,000-$40,000 per month, and enabling Miracle Valley to finally be able to pay its monthly obligations as well as have money left over for its monthly mortgage payment without the Harters being stressed out as they have been over the past nine plus years, or donors giving for Miracle Valley's survival, it all falls down in just a matter of a few short weeks.
The one good thing that remains is the fact that the State of Arizona licensing departments have permitted us to maintain our State License with the hope that we can quickly re-open the Assisted Living Home and Childcare Center.
However, if we are unable to do so, then of course, we would have to surrender our State Licenses.
Due to our inability to gain additional financial donors to stand with us at Miracle Valley, it was very difficult to maintain an adequate monthly income, resulting in a foreclosure being filed against us.
And now since we do not have any income whatsoever as a result of the Assisted Living Home and Childcare Center not generating any monthly income, we could no longer afford to pay the monthly electric bill that ran between $2,500 to $3,000 per month. We were no longer able to pay the property & liability insurance that ran approximately $5,000 per month.
All of this has resulted in our having to have the electricity turned off, and since we are no longer responsible legally for the property, we have cancelled all of our insurance policies as well.
This is, no doubt, one of the darkest hours for Miracle Valley, both literally and figuratively.
It is such a shame to drive down highway 92 and no longer see the lights on at Miracle Valley. The large cross no longer shines from the top of the Prayer Tower.
This is a real slap in the face to the entire Church world, and especially those who love Miracle Valley. |
What Can Be Done?
First and upmost, PRAY.
God can turn everything around. He could speak to someone to donate the funds needd to pay the mortgage off for Miracle Valley.
Secondly, TALK. We must talk with everyone about Miracle Valley.
Let's get the word out to as many people as we can! One television station owner in Texas stated that he did not even know that Miracle Valley existed today!
Thirdly, GIVE. There are no funds whatsoever. It will take money to do the things necessary to reopen Miracle Valley.
The electric must be turned back on. Adequate insurance coverage must be obtained for the property.
The mortgage must be paid every month.
Metal roofs must be put on the remaining buildings if there is to be any hope for their continual existence. | |

Whenever an individual goes through a difficult time, he will always know who his true friends really are.
Any one can jump ship when the going gets tough, but it takes a real man or woman of God to stand through the storms of life.
All I know is that some years ago, God spoke to me to go to Miracle Valley. God gave me expicit directions what I was to do and I have been doing my best to accomplish God's will in this place.
This has not been the first time that God used me. There were many previous events that God had used me to accomplish. One thing I do know, God has never failed me. When Christians did not or could not help us, God would send sinners to help me. Praise God!
I really do not know how God is going to pull me through our present circumstance here at Miracle Valley, but I do know that He will because God is Supreme and never fails.
There are many immature Christians who prophecy from their desires, and some who even actually prophecy against me and God's work here at Miracle Valley. But I know better than to accept their words because mature Christians always test every spoken prophecy against the Word of God.
The Holy Bible is the basis of our entire faith. And, thank God, there are still some genuine prophets who are divinely called by God Almighty. These men and women prophecy under the unction of the Holy Ghost and what they declare is always consistent with the Word of God.
Right now, I continue to believe God for the continual existence of Miracle Valley. I need every one of you to stand with me. |

 Miracle Valley Needs Your Help
Some years ago when taking a typing course in high school, there was one phrase that we all had to learn. It was the following: "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country."
This is the what comes to mind at Miracle Valley. "Right now is the time for people to come together for the preservation of Miracle Valley." Tomorrow may be too late.
Those people who have supported Miracle Valley and stood with the Harters since August 1999 have been individuals who have had no connection with Rev. A A Allen or Miracle Valley's past.
Where are all those individuals who had connections with Rev. Allen? Where are the people who went to grade school or college at Miracle Valley? Where is the alumni of MVBC or SABC? It seems for most part, they are no where to be found.
What about all the ministries who have their roots at Miracle Valley? The plain fact is "they would have no effective ministry today had it not been for their life being touched at Miracle Valley." BUT WHERE ARE THEY TODAY?
Oh, they sometimes do show up occassionally. At times they come by for a brief visit to get an up-date regarding the Valley. But for their support, there is none.
One former student came by for a visit some years ago. He informed Dr. Harter that Miracle Valley literally saved his life. During his stay at Miracle Valley many years ago, his life was totally changed. He became successful in life only due to what he experienced at Miracle Valley.
Other ministers have come by for a short visit only because it was on their mind what they saw God do at Miracle Valley. But where is their support? There is none.
One must wonder, "Did God cut off those who were a part of Miracle Valley's past as according to the prophecy?"
I know one thing, if we had seen God move like many declare He did at Miracle Valley, we would certainly never forget it and we would do everything we could to preserve Miracle Valley for future generations.

 Testimony From Indonesia
Shalom Dr. Harter, and team of Miracle Valley Ministry,
Beloved in Christ, I want to share you that after I drank the Miracle Valley water from you in the night my rotten tooth (my youngest tooth on the the left side and bottom and back) infection is bleeding so much blood.
I do not know why my rotten tooth is bloody very much. Beloved in Christ, I have the infection since several months ago. I have faith in Jesus. I think the bleeding is the sign of healing, but I still see a small lump in the middle rotten tooth.
Praise to Jesus for Your free Miracle Valley water. God is using it for my healing of that infection. Please keep me in your prayers so that the small lumpwill be gone completely.
Brother Harter and team, thank you so much for all your kindness and caring for me and thank you for your loving heart of Jesus to sent me Miracle Valley water.

 Miracle Water
Hello to all at Miracle Valley. We received our Miracle Water one day last week! Sister Yearwood and I immediately opened one bottle, and took one drink each.
The Holy Ghost was so strong in our living room and on each of us. I started speaking in tongues and we both begin praising the Lord and rejoicing. The presence of God was so sweet.
Sister Yearwood said her hair felt like it was standing straight up and she felt a warmth go from her head through her body.
She has had a lot of things wrong in her back. The doctors said she had two slipped discs, arthritis in her lower back and also a sciatic nerve problem. She had been in horrible pain with this, and even had to take morphine for the pain.
She is now getting around better and the pain is leaving her body. She can tell she is better every day! I am also feeling better in my body!
But that is not all. Our son was sick and had missed work so we gave him a bottle of Miracle Water and it was not no time and he was better and went back to work the next day! TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
I have a brother-in-law who has cancer. We are giving him some Miracle Water, believing God for his miracle!
We want to let every one know how much we appreciate the Harters and the blessing they have been to our family. We love you both.

 A Message to the Harters
Brother and Sister Harter,
We want to share with you of what took place last Saturday evening at our home.
We were putting another "Reaching The World For Christ" broadcast on.
We invited Evangelist Percy Rymer and his wife Brenda
to preach and sing on our internet broadcast. After the broadcast we were sitting around having fellowship when Sister Rymer said she was hurting real bad in her shoulder and down her arm. She asked us to pray for her.
Before we started to pray, Sister Rymer asked Sister Yearwood if they could have a glass of water? Sister Yearwood went to the kitchen to get the water out of the faucet, but the Lord spoke to her and told her to open a bottle of Miracle Water that had come from Miracle Valley and give each of them half a glass.
The Rymers drank it and then we had prayer for Sister Rymer. God came on the scene.
Sister Rymer started shouting and praising God and lifting up the arm that had been hurting so bad. She realized God had healed it!
TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
The next day Sister Yearwood asked her how her arm was and she replied, "I AM HEALED!"
