From Dr. Melvin Harter
Dr. Melvin Harter
God is moving at Miracle Valley. We don't always understand the ways of God, but if we are faithful, God will always use us.

Although we do receive little support from the 1958-1975 Alumni, God is nevertheless sending workers. These are Individuals who have never had any connection with Miracle Valley, A. A. Allen or I.

They are coming from the North, East, South and West. God is bringing them in.

However, we want to give the Alumni an opportunity to be a part of the restoration of Miracle Valley.

Pictured below are a few individuals who dedicated their lives to God and labored intensely at Miracle Valley so it could be all that God desired it to be.

Let us not forget their dedication and sacrifice. Let us honor their memory by doing something today for Miracle Valley.

Hartley Roe
REV. HARTLEY ROE
 - Walnut Creek, CA

Rev. Roe was Dean of Men and an instructor at Miracle Valley Bible College. He had touched many people who left Miracle Valley to go into the ministry.

Perhaps there are individuals today who still remember Rev. Hartley Roe. Was your life touched by him?  Perhaps someone reading this article right now was his student at the time, or perhaps is a relative.

Would you like to make a special donation to Miracle Valley, a place that Rev. Roe loved? You can do it today. Call (520) 366-1000 or click the donation at the bottom.

Marion G. Wooten

REV. MARION G. WOOTEN   - Cortez, CO

Rev. Wooten and his wife joined the Miracle Valley team in its beginning 1958. He was instrumental in its construction.

He then served as pastor of the Miracle Valley Church as well as heading the Counseling & Guidance Office.

Let's honor Rev. Wooten's memory by restoring Miracle Valley.

Up-To-Date Report on Apartment # 4

  Apt 4
The workers are removing the old drywall from the interior walls in Apartment # 4. It will be replaced with new "special fire-coded" sheet rock.

This apartment is being remodeled so that those individuals who need a MIRACLE or a HEALING in their body can come to MIRACLE VALLEY without incurring any motel or over-night costs.

Drywall being removed
The photo to the right shows the workers removing the remaining drywall material.

We invite the sick and suffering to come to MIRACLE VALLEY. Stay with us. Pray. Walk the grounds. Pray in the PRAYER TOWER or in the large TABERNACLE.

Stay with us a week or two. It has been known that Christ has been seen at MIRACLE VALLEY.

Ceiling
New 2x2 boards are screwed into the existing beams of the ceiling.

This allows space for new electrical wiring and R-38 insulation.

Once this is done, new sheet rock will be installed.  The kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixtures and flooring are next. Soon it will be ready for you.

ALUMNI MAKES DONATION

truckHarvey Russell remembers being at MIRACLE VALLEY with his parents, Charles & Essie Russell in the 1960s when he was a student at Miracle Valley High School.

His parents worked with Rev. A. A. Allen at Miracle Valley.

"THIS IS MY VALLEY!" declares the Lord God Almighty.

Harvey does not forget the mighty MIRACLES that he saw occur with his own eyes.  He knew God's presence was at Miracle Valley.

Harvey says -

"MIRACLE VALLEY belongs to God. God's Spirit is still at Miracle Valley. Miracle Valley is anointed by God. I have seen God literally perform the miraculous at Miracle Valley. I speak of incredible miracles that would just literally amaze you. I know that Jesus Christ still walks on the grounds at Miracle Valley."

Harvey remembers the PROPHECY that God spoke regarding Miracle Valley. He knows that God will restore Miracle Valley again with His GLORY.

TO ALL THE ALUMNI & FRIENDS OF MIRACLE VALLEY

HarveyI stand with and for Dr. Melvin Harter. I have watched him and Sister Harter labor under great stress and strain for the past nearly 9 years and I continue to support them in what God has called them to do at Miracle Valley.

Isn't it a wonder, that a stranger was called by God to seek out Miracle Valley and to restore the buildings, to restart the Bible School, and to see the vision of Miracle Valley?

This is not a stranger to God; this is Dr. Melvin and Roberta Harter.  They and their family have carried this vision, huge burdens, using their own resources to answer this call.

Now they have almost nothing left to invest.  The call as Dr. Harter said, "The Lord called me the Miracle Valley and God has not told me to leave."

I cannot vision a person answering the call of Miracle Valley unless this call was of God.

Dr. Harter has done an amazing job to get the Valley restored from where it was when he first arrived to the place it is today.

Their personal investment of nine years is so close to getting Miracle Valley self-sufficient.

The plan is to have an Assisted Living Home, a Childcare Center, and a Charter School in order to reach out into the local community as well as help offset the expenses of Miracle Valley.

Has Dr. Harter maintained his vision? Absolutely yes!  Having overcome major obstacles and much opposition, there is today a beautiful Assisted Living Home at Miracle Valley.

In addition, one of the finest childcare centers located anywhere is currently on the campus at Miracle Valley and licensed by the State of Arizona.

This time next year, a Charter School will be in full operation on the grounds at Miracle Valley as well.

How long is it going to take for some of you to become a part of what God is doing at Miracle Valley?

When will many of you GET OFF the sidelines and join with us in seeing Miracle Valley restored once again.

Will you stand with the Harters at Miracle Valley?

If anyone should get "on board" with the Harters, it should be every one of us.

Why not send a monthly donation to Miracle Valley today?

Why don't you quite praying about whether or not it is God's will for you to help? Put legs on those prayers and let's go to work for Miracle Valley.

We need you to get on board with the few of us who are standing with the Harters and let's make Miracle Valley effective in what God wants it be.

If we don't help Dr. Harter, he just may not be able to make it.

God will continue to take care of Dr. Harter; however, pity those on Judgment Day whom God has called to stand with Dr. Harter at Miracle Valley but have failed to do so.

God bless you - Harvey Russell
