From Dr. Harter

Greetings!

I feel like Moses when he stood over looking the Red Sea and Pharaoh's vast army was hot in pursuit on his trail.

It appeared to be totally over for Moses and the total annihilation of the Israelites, God's chosen people. No wonder the people began to murmur, grumble, and complain.  They had very little faith, if any at all.  The Israelites cried out, "hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness?"

Even though they had seen the hand of God move for them in their deliverance from Egypt, and God was even yet "going before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night." there remained a Red Sea in front of them and there appeared to be no way out.

Friend, right now I have a Red Sea in front of me and Pharaoh is hot on my trail here at Miracle Valley.

For some time now, I have been busy trying to get Miracle Valley refinanced.  So far, we have been unsuccessful.  I really need God to send us the funds. I am asking for monies to pay off our existing mortgage on Miracle Valley, plus extra funds required to complete the majority of these buildings.

We are very tired of struggling with the remodeling of the buildings, and desire to be more involved in the actual ministry of preparing workers for the end-time harvest here at Miracle Valley.

To a carnal Christian, it looks like it is literally over for us at Miracle Valley.  However, I still remember the various times during our 8 years now at Miracle Valley just how God has moved for Sister Harter and me just in the nick of time, if you know what I mean?

We don't have any one backing us except God. I am only at Miracle Valley because I know the voice of God and He told me to come here. Sister Harter & I have done our very best these past 8 years.

I really need you to pray and agree with us for a MIRACLE.  September 12 is my deadline and that is only about 5 weeks away.
The Tabernacle Roof Is Being Installed roof2
We are working hard to at least put roll roofing with 30# felt paper on the tabernacle roof. This will do until we can have a new metal roof put on it as well as the rest of the buildings at Miracle Valley.

We are racing against time because we are currently contending with the monsoon season which certainly makes it most difficult at times.

In order to quickly get this roof on (and by the way, it is a very large building, especially when you are working on it), we have had to acquire the services of a temporary service who in turn, provided the additional manpower that was required.  This resulted in a higher labor cost for us.  But, nevertheless, the Lord willing, the roof material should be totally completed (with the exception of the north side addition which requires structural beam replacement) by tomorrow evening.

Without your financial support, this work would not have been accomplished.

Someone asked today, "Where are the old choir risers that we were using?" I pointed to the ceiling and said, "The old boards that made up the risers are now a part of the roof."  Every board was utilized in replacing the bad sections of the roof structure. These boards were the exact type of board that Rev. Allen used in the roof structure, and I am making good use of every available material that is on hand at Miracle Valley.

From Our Viewer

Many years ago, my husband and I came to visit the Valley. John had never seen the Valley but heard all the stories that I had told him about it.

When we first neared the Valley, my heart sank. The orchards were dried up and gone. It was desolate and the dust was blowing about. It had been deserted and left alone to die. A piece of my heart has always remained in Miracle Valley and it grieved me to see it in such deplorable condition. I was so saddened.

I walked all over the grounds. Where were the roses? I gain
access into the huge sanctuary where I had witnessed many miracles and powerful services.

It was a miracle in itself that we got inside. It meant so much to me to be able to enter inside again and see it. I believe an angel opened the window for us to get in. We did not see any windows open the first time we walked around the building. We even tried several windows and found them all locked. I turned back to look one last time as we drove away down Hwy 92 and I saw a window opened where it had been closed before. It looked like a light was on inside. We turned around and came back.

Thank you Jesus for that precious gift. God knows how much I have always loved the Valley and how much this would mean to me.

We got inside and I saw the standing water on the floor and smelled the rot and mildew in the air. I cried when I saw the huge mural on the wall above the platform with the basketball hoop attached to Jesus' skirt.

I had watched that mural come to life as it was being created by the artist. It had always meant so much to me. I saw where the choir used to stand and could imagine Indian Day at Camp Meeting time. I could imagine Brother Allen strutting back and forth across the platform with his quick walk and I could hear Gene Martin singing, "I've Got It...I've Got It!"

It was all changed now.

FRIENDS,
We still have a way to go, but we believe that someday soon, the tabernacle will be totally restored and made beautiful again. Please help us. We need your financial support and any expertise you may have in construction or remodeling. God bless - Dr. Harter
VISION Regarding Miracle Valley

Late one night, not long after Brother Allen died, I had a vision during a personal prayer time. I had gone to bed and God woke me and prompted me to pray.

I began to see bones in a valley. It was dark but I could see dust blowing around and smell decay in the air. Some of the bones were completely buried.

Slowly, the bones began to shake and the dirt and dust started falling off. Suddenly, they all began to move together to form skeletons. They began to take on muscle, blood, skin, personalities and began standing up.

They were clothed as warriors and had weapons for fighting. It was an army. I heard God say, "This is what is going to happen in My Valley some day."

I did not understand this vision, so I kept it to myself for many years...until now. I could not see how this could ever happen. It would have to be God. It would take a miracle.

I thank you Dr. Harter for your efforts and hard work. I hope to support you as God allows. I pray God sends workers and funds into this ministry so that His will is accomplished.
Corresponding With Little Richard

To Dr. Harter,
Perhaps you might remember me. We talked some on the phone. My name is Richard Sigmund, known as "Little Richard" from the AA Allen tent days.

I spent many hours on the tabernacle roof in prayer. It might interest you to know Brother Allen did too. It was his get away place.

I long to see Miracle Valley again. As soon as I can get away, would it be alright if I came down for a visit?  My heart is still there.

I  have sent a check to you. I want it to go to the roof project. I want to go up there one more time. - Richard Sigmund

Dear Brother Sigmund,
Sister Harter just phoned me and said that we must have a certain amount of money immediately for the roofing material. Then I opened your email. When she called me back (she is returning from Tucson), I just informed her the Lord has answered our prayer and that you had sent a check for the very amount needed. Praise God! - Dr. Harter

Dear Dr. Harter,
I am stirred up, and can actually feel the Miracle Valley call again, just as it was in my youth. For nearly 50 years I have continued on in a harvest of miracles. But of all the anointed places I have been, Miracle Valley is my favorite.

I have sent my book "A Place Called Heaven" to you. It is my testimony. I hope you enjoy it. - Richard Sigmund
Standing On The Side Lines

I had lived in Miracle Valley for many years and I will always love the Valley, no matter what condition it is in.

Until now, I have been watching, quietly, what you have been doing. I have been praying and asking God if you were the real thing.

I have been standing on the side lines. I became skeptical over the years, even hardened. I have had much disappointment in different ministries but God has forever remained faithful and never let me down.

There are many out here like myself, waiting, wondering, watching, and praying. I think a lot of us have been waiting and watching quietly and holding Miracle Valley in prayer before the Lord, asking Him what He would have us to do.

Don't give upon those folks on your mailing list who have not responded to you yet. I use to be one of them. Keep sowing the seeds and eventually some of them will sprout and bring forth fruit.

I am praying for you and encourage you to press on. I have been forwarding your newsletters on to other friends and family who are also interested in what is going on in Miracle Valley right now. I have been doing this for some time.

My heart is to help you with donations. I will certainly be faithful to pray for you. I look forward to meeting you and Sister Harter in the future.
Peaches at Miracle Valley
peach

Initially, there were orchards at Miracle Valley.

Peaches and apples were canned each year.

These orchards are gone today; however, there continues to remain a couple of peach trees still on the Miracle Valley property.

Many of these peaches are the size of large oranges.

We are not implying any spiritual significance to these peaches.

This is only a token of our sincere appreciation to our supporters.

To those who will send a substantial donation to Miracle Valley, (we must cover the cost of shipping you the peach) we will mail you an original Miracle Valley Peach as long as they last.

Remember, there are only two existing peach trees remaining on the property at Miracle Valley.

If you would like to have a Miracle Valley peach, contact us immediately by dialing (520) 366-0513.

The peaches will be gone very soon so you must act quickly.
