I will never forget it. It happened while I was in the closet in our master bedroom on my knees in prayer.
The voice of God spoke these words to me, "GO DOWN TO MIRACLE VALLEY AND BUILD MY BIBLE COLLEGE."
Everything fell into place and in a short while, my family and I were in Miracle Valley.
Since that year of 1999, it has been struggle after struggle. It seemed that after going through one problem, another one immediately surfaced.
Many times, I was on the verge of losing, yet each time, God would always bring us through.
The devil is doing his best to destroy this place. I recall some years ago reading this statement on the internet. I downloaded it into my computer so it would be not lost. It was written by those who worship Satan. Here is what it said,
"WE ARE HERE TO STOP WHAT GOD HAS PLANNED FOR MIRACLE VALLEY."
But we know that God is much stronger than the devil. According to Matthew 28:18(b), Jesus says, "All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth."
And in Luke 9:1(b), "...and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases."
I have stood upon the Word of God and God has never failed me, nor has He ever sent me anywhere where I have not been successful.
God has always stood by my side and made a way for me.
The month of October is a sacred time for Satan worshippers. And it seems that the devil is really coming at us this month.
Just last evening, several people broke into the Prayer Tower. This morning, our Prayer Team discovered two old jackets, men's underwear and socks, and an empty wine bottle in a trash can. They also urinated in one of our buckets.
Nevertheless, we cleaned up the mess, insure the facility is locked and then plan our security team to watch the campus.
The devil wants to destroy Miracle Valley. Why? Because he knows that Miracle Valley is a holy place before the Lord. Hundreds of demons and devils were cast out on this property. His power was broken here.
The Holy Ghost spoke through Rev. A. A. Allen and said that He was going to raise Miracle Valley up again in these last days. I believe that God will confirm His Word.
God is not a man that He should lie.
God works through individuals. Just as God called me to Miracle Valley to restore it and develop the Bible College again, God calls others to stand alongside of me in this great work.
I know that somebody who reads this email knows somebody who can help us. Are you that person?
Miracle Valley needs your help right now.
We have not turned our State license in yet. This will not be done until it is absolutely over.
Dr. Robinson, Dean of the Bible College, states that he still has peace about our situation. He refuses to remove anything from his office until Friday, October 31. He still believes that God will come through for Miracle Valley.
A woman in a local church in Sierra Vista recently learned of our situation. She began to laugh, clap her hands and expressed to a Christian lady of her happiness that Miracle Valley will close.
However, many other people in our local community have come by or telephoned and expressed their sincere sadness to learn that we might leave and Miracle Valley will be no more.
Friends, we really do need your prayers and most of all; we need God to intervene in our behalf.
Remember the words of our Lord, "You have not because you ask not.
I especially love the scripture verse found in Matthew 21:22. It says,
"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."
The Apostle Paul declares,
"Having done all, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord."
Where are we?
Our income is gone, the electricity is scheduled to go off, our telephones are also scheduled to go off, and it looks to be over for us and Miracle Valley.
Nevertheless, we continue to pray and fast and seek the face of God and believe that He is not only going to save Miracle Valley from the wrecking ball, but meet each and every need and continue to sustain us in what He has called us to do right here at MIRACLE
VALLEY.

Dr Harter recently shared with Urbane regarding Miracle Valley's dilemma.
Urbane stated to Dr Harter that God told him that...
"if Miracle Valley is no more, then the USA as we know it will be over."
Miracle Valley's continuation is somehow tied to the survival of our nation.
The ways of God are far above our ways.

When Miracle Valley was started in 1958, God gave it absolutely free to Rev. A. A. Allen without any strings attached.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if during this Year of Jubilee (50 years) that God would do the very same thing again by giving Miracle Valley absolutely free to Dr. Melvin Harter without any strings attached.
Boy, that would make the devil real mad.

Dear Friends,
This is perhaps one of the most difficult emails that I must send to you.
I had prayed that we never would be in a situation like this one.
The simple fact is this -
IF GOD DOES NOT GIVE US A TREMENDOUS FINANCIAL MIRACLE BY THE END OF THIS MONTH, MIRACLE VALLEY MAY BE NO MORE!
Believe what you want, but the simple fact remains, if God does not sustain us, Miracle Valley will soon be bulldozed to the ground and the property will be turned into a commercial venture.

Assisted Living Home |
|
We had lost a good number of our residents last April/May which hurt our monthly income.
However, we increased to five residents and then over the past few days, three other individuals expressed their interest to come to our Assisted Living Home the beginning of the month.
However, since our current situation is unsure, Cochise Health Systems removed our five county residents yesterday. So our current income is zero. We had some of the finest residents you would find anywhere in Miracle Valley Assisted Living Home. Everyone present felt like family.
Is it not like the devil to try to stop God's work? However, greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world!
We must always remember that it is not over until God says it is over.

Miracle Valley Childcare Center |

Certain officials from the Childcare Dept of the State of Arizona stated that Miracle Valley Childcare Center was one of the nicest centers in southern Arizona.
The childcare center was just beginning to make its way by paying its operating expenses and generating a small income for Miracle Valley.
Just a few days ago, Sister Harter informed Miracle Valley staff that eight additional Preschoolers were scheduled to enroll next week.
At $130 per week, eight children would have increased our childcare income $1,040 per week, or an average of $4,472 per month.
When Sister Harter notified parents of the possible closing of Miracle Valley, parents cried and told how Sister Harter had impacted their own life as well as their child's life.
Nobody can believe that this is happening to Miracle Valley.

Bible College Students |
 Justin was a priest in paganism, and then he met Jesus Christ at RW Schambach's Church in Tyler, TX. The result? His life was totally changed.
Justin and his wife Ella felt a call of God upon their life. They knew they needed to go to bible college in order to study God's Word, but with no adequate funds, where could they go?
Someone mention Miracle Valley Bible College and that MVBC&S offered a "Work-Study Program" for its students.
Justin & Ella could not get Miracle Valley off their mind. They felt the Lord would have them to enroll as students at Miracle Valley.
They arrived at Miracle Valley, enrolled in the work study program and immediately started their class work.
Meanwhile, Justin worked to maintain the grounds at Miracle Valley and Ella served as a Care Giver in the Miracle Valley Assisted Living Home.
Now Miracle Valley Bible College must close if God does not move in the next few days. Only a miracle from God can now save Miracle Valley.
But what happens to Justin & Ella?
What happens to the many other Bible College students that God wants to send to Miracle Valley? Where can they go when they do not have adequate funds to pay for their college?
Two calls came in this week from individuals inquiring about Miracle Valley Bible College. What happens to them?
What about the prophecy posted on the front cover of February 1958 edition of MIRACLE MAGAZINE that states, "From this place, the gospel shall go out to all the world!"??
In 1975, Miracle Valley was closed down. Let's not allow this to happen again.
Please pray with us that God will perform a financial miracle so that MVBC&S can continue.

Jeff Allen |
A. A. Allen's grandson arrived at Miracle Valley last June. He is committed to seeing the success of Miracle Valley.
Jeff prepares meals in the cafeteria, serves as campus security, is a full-time Bible College student, and spends much time in prayer. In addition, he repairs items that break down.
Jeff has a real burden for Miracle Valley. He wants to see his grandfather's place restored and is willing to make whatever sacrifice that is necessary.
Many times Jeff is on his computer, sending out emails, sharing the needs of Miracle Valley and requesting assistance.
He states "It is heartbreaking to hear so many ministers and ministries, especially on television, speak of my grandfather A A Allen and Miracle Valley and how Miracle Valley must be restored; yet all the while, they do nothing to help restore Miracle Valley when called upon." |

Friends, we literally need a multi-millionaire to stand with us. On four separate occasions in our ministry, God has sent us as high as $100,000. The existing need at that time required this amount of money.
Now we need far more than $100,000. It is just a few more zeros added to it. Due to the economy, we have been unable to close a refinance loan. Now the existing mortgage holder is taking Miracle Valley back.
Everyone is supposed to be off the Miracle Valley property by the end of the day, October 31. The hard work and financial sacrifice over the past 10 years will be totally lost.
If we must leave Miracle Valley at the end of next week, I will leave knowing in my heart that we have done all we knew to do, and that I obeyed the voice of the Lord and we did our best.
However, we are still fasting and praying, believing God for a MIRACLE!

So for that reason, I want you to know that Sister Harter and I have invested into Miracle Valley nearly one-half million dollars of our own money, most of which came from the sale of various real estate properties we owned. If Miracle Valley is lost, we have lost a tremendous amount as well.)

The Devil is a Liar |

Bill Benn is a man whom we have never met personally. Dr. Harter has only spoken with him over the telephone. However, for whatever reason, Bill has a real love for Miracle Valley and the work that Dr. Harter is doing.
A few weeks ago, Bill started in his car to come to Miracle Valley. Before he could get out of California, his car broke down and had to be taken to a garage. Then all of a sudden Bill became very ill and was rushed to the hospital.
At this moment, he is in the Intensive Care Unit at St Rose Hospital in Hayward, CA fighting for his life. The devil is trying to kill him with what we understand to be blood poisoning. PLEASE PRAY FOR BILL BENN.

If you need prayer, or would like to join with other men and women of God in prayer, you can by picking up your telephone and dialing a number three times a week.
I called in a few weeks ago and friends I was totally taken in by what I heard. People were praying especially just for Miracle Valley. I was so overwhelmed that all I could do was cry and worship God. I was greatly blessed to know that people throghout the world were specifically praying for the success of Miracle Valley, rebuking the powers of the devil and taking authority over him.
These prayer warriors have never been to Miracle Valley. They had no connection with this place, why should they care? Yet there they were, "crying out to God on behalf of Miracle Valley." This meant more to me than anyone could ever realize.
These are men and women of God throughout the world who know how to really pray and get a hold of God. Not someone who says they will pray and then all they do is pray a short, dried up little prayer. You will get no answer from God like that. The Bible says, "The effectual [effective] fervent [red hot] prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
