  • EXPECT A MIRACLE! - Pastor Dennis & Loree Rosenquist
  • Web Site Devoted to A. A. Allen & Miracle Valley
  • Greetings!

We have until the end of August 2007 to get as much of the remodeling accomplished on the existing structures/buildings here at Miracle Valley.

After this date, we are required to obtain permits for any work (does not matter if it is volunteered or not) or materials that cost $500 or more. [That means if we want to install carpet that cost $500 or more for labor and material, we must obtain a permit.] The permits require us to obtain architectural drawings, permit fees, county inspections, and, no doubt, licensed contractors which are very expensive in southern Arizona.

However, until that time, we can do much of the remodeling ourselves, and save money although sometimes we must hire licensed contractors to do certain tasks such as electrical & plumbing since we do not have anyone who is qualified.

We are on a TIGHT TIME FRAME - EIGHT MONTHS LEFT - to get as much accomplished as we can. This means (1) new metal roofs on the remaining buildings, (2) remodeling the interior of the facilities, and (3) up-dating the landscape and grounds.

When buildings have not been properly maintained over a period of many years, it simply requires a lot of work, materials and money to bring them up to code. Of course, no one can expect students to come to Miracle Valley with the dormitories in their present condition. The old tabernacle is in dire need, and if something is not done soon, it will have to be demolished. Boy, would the devil love that. But we are not quitting. We continue to believe God to stand by our side and make a way for us.

If the Harters are to do what God has called them to do, then they must have your help, both prayers and finances. Many say they love Miracle Valley, and even remember the wonderful miracles that occurred in the ministry of A. A. Allen, but now it is time to put our efforts and money where our mouth is. As in the old typing class years ago when we typed the words, "Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country", we say that "Now is the time for all God's people to come to the aid of Miracle Valley."

I know people say, "Where God leads, He provides." However, have you ever considered how God provides? He uses people just like you and me. The Bible declares that it is more blessed to give than to receive.

As this email is being prepared, there is a terrible storm occurring here at Miracle Valley. The wind is blowing very strong, and it is raining hard. The weatherman states that snow will be on the mountains tomorrow. It's like the devil is throwing everything at us and laughing in our face. The water is pouring into the tabernacle, especially since we have removed one-half the roof from the building. But we believe God that this is going to be the last rain that will come in that building. God is going to make the way for us to get a brand new metal roof on the tabernacle so that it will not have to be demolished; rather instead, continue for the next generation to worship in.

Thank God we do have metal roofs on three of the buildings; however, there are at least nine other buildings that desperately need metal roofs as well. Will you consider making a donation to help us? Any amount is greatly appreciated.

    Tab Roof 2
"Help Us Put A Metal Roof On The Tabernacle" - Dr. Melvin Harter

    TABERNACLE
    Allen in MV

The Tabernacle is a special building at Miracle Valley. Why? It was on this exact site where Allen originally erected his gospel tent. There was such Holy Ghost power demonstrated, that Allen believed this was the place where the Tabernacle should be constructed.

If only this building could speak, it would tell of tremendous miracles, signs and wonders that occurred inside its walls. One man testified he literally saw arms grow out on a man's body. Another testified he saw God create eyeballs in a woman's eye sockets. Another man states he saw a dead child brought back to life. People tell of the many devils that were cast out of a vast number of people.

Dr. Harter believes there have been "more miracles, healings, and devils cast out in the Miracle Valley Tabernacle than any other one place in the entire world."

Rev. A. A. Allen prophesied that in the last days, God will send another people to Miracle Valley, that the Tabernacle would be restored, that a mighty revival would start in the Tabernacle at Miracle Valley, that God's power would be even greater than it was in his own time, that a revival reaching the entire world would have its start at Miracle Valley, and that in that great revival, our Lord Jesus Christ would return for His Church.

Believe what you want, but the scriptures teach that the Church was born in a Holy Ghost Revival, and that it will end in a Holy Ghost Revival. Jesus is not coming back for a cold, lukewarm, worldly Church that has no Holy Ghost power and is backslidden. Rather, He is coming back for a Holy Ghost Church that is full of the power of God!

Could it be that what is occurring right now is part of God's End Time Plan for His people? Is God preparing now to bring a REVIVAL of MIRACLES, SIGNS AND WONDERS back to MIRACLE VALLEY? If this work be of God, who can resist it? Surely you want to be a part of this next great move of God!

Why not ask the Lord if you should be a part of what He is doing at Miracle Valley? Finances and workers are needed. Be encouraged to go all the way with God. Help us restore the Miracle Valley Tabernacle!

It is said that the Holy Ghost revealed to Rev. A. A. Allen and that he literally saw the faces of the people who were to come to Miracle Valley and be used of God in this Last Day Revival. COULD IT BE THAT GOD ALLOWED ALLEN TO SEE YOUR FACE?

Just a short while ago, the office telephone rang and we were informed that it has been finalized. James Phelps (former student of Miracle Valley under Allen); his brother Danny Phelps and his wife, Jo; Jason and Jessica Bridges; as well as David Bridges, will arrive at Miracle Valley from Tennessee on January 1, 2007. The Lord is sending them to help Dr. Harter restore Miracle Valley.

    Letters Mailed Out
    M&R

Dr. & Mrs. Melvin Harter have been at Miracle Valley since 1999. It has been most difficult for them during this time. They have liquidated various properties they owned and put all the funds (over four hundred thousand dollars) into Miracle Valley because they believed this is what the Lord would have them to do. Instead of enjoying a comfortable income and living in a lovely home as most people who plan their retirement, they lived in a small apartment located in the Girls Dormitory. Anyone who has any knowledge at all regarding Miracle Valley will certainly realize the condition of Apt 17 (Girls Dormitory). In addition, they have received very little compensation, if any, although all the while, putting in many times 12 - 16 hours per day. If anyone has proven themselves as to their faithfulness and sincerity regarding Miracle Valley, certainly this couple has done so. Don't you believe that others should get behind Dr. & Mrs. Harter with their support, effort and prayers?

Yes, over the past seven years, God has touched the heart of many people who, in turn, have given tremendous sums of money either in the form of a donation or a loan for Miracle Valley, to which we are most thankful. Facing a current monthly budget for Miracle Valley of nearly $40,000 is a major task, even for the Harters. Recently, doctors advised Dr. & Mrs. Harter that the tremendous stress they are under is adversely affecting their health.

Rev. Jasper G. Ellis, a dear friend of Dr. Harter for over 20 years, whom the Lord called home to glory a few years ago, made several financial donations to Miracle Valley, as well as providing a loan of several hundred thousand dollars for the monthly obligations, legal fees, and restoration of Miracle Valley. He believed in Dr. Harter.

When it appeared to be over for Miracle Valley in December 2005, God spoke to a dear Christian brother in California. This man, who was never personally acquainted with the Harter, wired $100,000 to Miracle Valley, and in essence, saved Miracle Valley from being sold. God spoke to various individuals who have helped every month with Miracle Valley's payment. One sister borrowed on her property and loaned Miracle Valley $200,000. A man way over in Dallas, TX gave $30,000 (tithes) to Miracle Valley nearly 4 months ago. In November, a man up north made a donation of $25,000 to Miracle Valley. And for the month of December, an individual donated $20,000 to Miracle Valley and enabled Miracle Valley to pay its payment of nearly $15,000 as well as its electric bill and payroll. We praise God from the depths of our heart for all that He has done. Over and over, God has proven Himself faithful to Miracle Valley.

We have a Board for Miracle Valley. Along with Dr. & Mrs. Harter, it is currently comprised of Chuck Clark of Hayward, CA; Harvey Russell of Denver, CO; Rev. Peter Contreras of Blue Island, IL; Rev. Bud Yoder of Bryan, OH; Carol Mann of Cecil, OH; and Dr. Barbara Krell of Columbia, SC. These people have a genuine burden to see Miracle Valley restored to an active ministry for today's society.

NEHEMIAH PROJECT - "Restoring Miracle Valley!" Nearly two thousand people recently received a special letter from Harvey Russell in Denver, Colorado, requesting help for Miracle Valley.

If every person who received a special letter would make a donation of $25 to Miracle Valley, it would meet our special need of raising $50,000 by the end of 2006.

We want to tell every one of you something of Harvey Russell. First of all, Harvey and his family were very instrumental at Miracle Valley during the Allen years. With his parents, Harvey saw "first hand" the mighty power of God that existed at Miracle Valley. He left Miracle Valley with his young wife and began making his own way in life. However, Miracle Valley remained in his heart.

Harvey saw the terrible neglect of the Valley, and thought it was Miracle Valley’s demise. Those who liquidated Miracle Valley and much of its real estate holdings would, no doubt, be held responsible to God for their deeds. However, to Harvey, it relieved him of any responsibility to Miracle Valley. But God thought otherwise.

Harvey thought his life was fine, that is, until he happen to come to Miracle Valley for a short visit. It was during this visit that God began dealing with Harvey regarding Miracle Valley. He could not get Miracle Valley out of his mind or his heart. He later shared with Sister Harter by saying "my life was fine until I came here."

Harvey informed Miracle Valley Office that Dr. Harter had created him major problems. "Why did Dr. Harter have to come to Miracle Valley? Could he not have left everything alone?" And, "How is it that God chose Dr. Harter from Ohio, a man unknown to many and who had absolutely no connection with A. A. Allen or Miracle Valley, to come to the desert?" "Why?"

No, Harvey began realizing that God was moving again in Miracle Valley. What the Spirit of the Lord prophesied through His servant A. A. Allen, was now beginning to come to pass. Oh, we would to God that every one of you who read this will make a visit to Miracle Valley as well. It just might be that God will speak to your heart as well.

Would you prayerfully consider making a donation of at least just $25? You can either mail your check to MIRACLE VALLEY - 9224 E HWY 92 - MIRACLE VALLEY, AZ 85615 or you can call Sister Harter at (520) 366-5559 and have her to put your donation on a credit card. We would appreciate it so very much. May God richly bless you for standing with the Harters at Miracle Valley.

EXPECT A MIRACLE! - Pastor Dennis & Loree Rosenquist
    Card

Pastor Dennis & Loree Rosenquist and their local church "Highest Praise Christian Ministries" in Orlando, Florida have been faithful monthly supporters of Miracle Valley of which we are so thankful. Those of you living in the greater Orlando, Florida area, we encourage you to visit Pastor Rosenquist's church.

This pastor and congregation gave to Miracle Valley out of their own financial need. They and their congregation could only afford to rent a church building; however, and it was discovered by the owners that Highest Praise Christian Ministries was a Pentecostal Church; they received a notice to vacate the facilities.

Pastor Rosenquist believed that because planting his financial seed in good soil, which is Miracle Valley, God great blessed him and his congregation.

God moved for this pastor and his faithful congregation and literally gave them church facilities appraised at over 1.1 million dollars for only $50,000. Praise God! This is certainly a great miracle!

In speaking with Dr. & Mrs. Harter on the telephone, Pastor Rosenquist believes that his monthly support to help in the restoration of Miracle Valley was the very reason God blessed him with new church facilities.

If God did that for Pastor Rosenquist and his congregation due to their faithful support of Miracle Valley, God will certainly do the same for you! Whatever your need, God will supply it as you put God first in every aspect of your life.

A PERSONAL WORD FROM DR. HARTER...Friends, there was a specific time when I did not know what to do, except just to pour my heart out to God in prayer. I was facing a mammoth need at Miracle Valley, and desperately needed a divine MIRACLE from God.

That very day, I received a card [pictured above] in the mail. It was just as though God spoke personally to me, "EXPECT A MIRACLE!" Sure enough, God gave us a divine miracle that very afternoon. Hallelujah!

I was greatly touched when I opened the card and began to read the words penned by various members of Highest Praise Christian Ministries.

Here are some of their statemets,

    • My family will lift you before the Lord daily.
    • We are standing on Ps. 91 for your son.
    • God bless you for all you are doing and going through. He's able! He'll see you through. Yes, He will!
    • You just keep on standing like Jacob. Don't move until God blesses you. God bless!
    • God is always with you. Much love and prayers.
    • God Bless You in all you do. May His mighty hand of protection encompass around your family.
    • God loves you and we do too.
    • God's Blessings to You.
    • Blessings in Christ - Pastors Dennis & Loree

Our God, who is no respector of persons, will see you through too!

"Now unto HIM who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to HIS POWER that is at work within us, to HIM be glory in the church and in CHRIST JESUS throughout all generations, for ever and ever! AMEN."

Web Site Devoted to A. A. Allen & Miracle Valley
    AAA

We established an additional web site and are certain you will want to visit it. Of course, it is not nearly completed; however, it is a start and someday we will have many other wonderful items on it.

[The web site is not an attempt to elevate any person, but simply give documented evidence of what occurred during what is known as the "Healing Movement" in the United States. It allows the viewer to make his/her own decision regarding what really happened.]

It's called, Miracle Valley Archives, and is sponsored by Miracle Valley Bible College Archive Department. It is located at www.miraclevalleyarchives.org. The site is dedicated to Rev. & Mrs. A. A. Allen and historical Miracle Valley. If anyone has anything relating to Rev. Allen, the Miracle Valley Training Center, the Miracle Valley Grade School/High School, or the Miracle Valley Bible College from years 1958-1975, we ask that you prayerfully consider donating the items back to the Archive Department so others can view it as well. [We also would like to receive items from Southern Arizona Bible College that was here from 1976 - 1995.]

It requires a lot of time and work to prepare a web site. The Archive Department has many items that will be posted for viewing on the internet. However, we need people who can volunteer their time in scanning various materials and help us in this effort.

In addition, we had considered charging a small registration fee from those wishing to view these artifacts in order to recover our expenses; however, we have chosen not to charge any fee at this time due to the fact that we are reaching viewers around the world and there are many people in third world countries who do not have the financial means to pay anything, yet they wish to view the Allen material. We cannot deny anyone this vast opportunity to study and view how the power of God moved through the life and ministry of Rev. A. A. Allen and how God moved at Miracle Valley with mighty miracles that have never been seen before. We believe there are Christians who will partner with us and financially support the Archive Department so the costs involved will be defrayed each month. Not only is our Archives comprised of items donated, we also have to sometimes purchase certain artifacts from the internet.

We wish to thank the late Ray Kemery and his family, as well as Ray Atchinson, Suzanne Kelly, Amelia Caraway, Jerry Hensley, and many others for making sizeable donations of material, including personal letters, to the Archive Department.
