"Anyone who comes against Miracle Valley and the work that I am now performing at this time, I will bring My judgment upon them. For as the mountains are round about this place, even so have I surrounded this valley and will fulfill My Word to this place."

    Dr. Harter Needs Your Help

    Dear Friends,

I speak to you from my heart. As many of you know, I must have our final balloon payment of $645,000 paid by March 31. Should I fail in acquiring the funds to pay this payment in full, Miracle Valley reverts back to its previous owners.

Many of you may not realize this, but we have had numerous offers from various individuals who want Miracle Valley. The highest offer we received on two separate occasions was offers for $3,000,000. When the second offer was presented to me, I thought, "Lord, are you trying to say something to me?" However, a song sung by Michael Combs immediately came to my mind. It is entitled, "Not For Sale." I took that as being the Lord, and I turned down the three million dollar offers.

Should the previous owners get Miracle Valley back effective April 1, I am sure they will simply put Miracle Valley on the market and sell it to the highest bidder.

Now I realize that there are some people, even receiving this email, that do not desire me success. They would rather that I succumb and be force to vacate Miracle Valley.

However, there are many other individuals who have faithfully stood with Sister Harter and me since our arrival here at Miracle Valley in 1999.

Now I want to go on record and say to you that Miracle Valley will never revert back to its previous owners. Even if I must, I will sell Miracle Valley to someone else. This is only my last resort. What I really want is to continue here at Miracle Valley and fulfill what God has called us to do.

We received an offer for our Ohio property a few days ago, however, it will take at least 6 months for a closing should we accept this offer to sale.

Our entire staff and I have been praying every morning for one hour over the past several months. We are calling upon the Lord to make a way for us.

A recent appraisal was made on 60 acres of Miracle Valley property. The appraised value was listed at $1,678,000. Currently, I am working diligently to obtain a loan from the finance companies. We hope to hear from them in the next few days.

    Miracle Valley needs Christian Investors.

I believe that we have an excellent program that a Christian investor may like to be a part of.

May God richly bless each of you. Please keep Sister Harter and me in your prayers.
