  • Greetings!

It's in the air. Something is about to happen at Miracle Valley. What God had promised He was going to do at Miracle Valley 35 years ago is now starting to occur.

For example, I have just received a telephone call from National Public Radio.

They have informed me that National Public Radio is developing a special program about how radio was utilized in developing great ministries, and in particular, the Rev. A. A. Allen Revivals ministry and Miracle Valley.

From a special program, about 8-10 minutes will be about Miracle Valley and feature the Rev. A. A. Allen. In order to gather the necessary information required for the production of the program, Larry Schooler of National Public Radio will be coming to Miracle Valley on July 23. National Public Radio is heard on many radio stations throughout America and the world.

Purchase your copy of the August 2005 Edition of Charisma Magazine right away. They are now available to the public in Wal-Marts, K-Marts, Targets, and various other stores including many of our Christian Book Stores. Miracle Valley has a full page advertisement in the magazine. I think it will be something you would like to see. We believe you will be amazed and very proud once you see it.

The fact is, Miracle Valley is coming back to life. All Dr. Harter knows is that he was called by God to go to Miracle Valley and God has promised Dr. Harter that He would send the people back to Miracle Valley once again, and that the people would come from the North, South, East, and West. Friends, the people are coming! God is fulfilling His promise.

Why not be a part of what God is doing at Miracle Valley and become one of our Partners today? Together, we can stand so the restoration of Miracle Valley can be realized and the prophesy be fulfilled. Once again, this hallowed and sacred ground will be utilized to raise up a mighty army of Holy Ghost anointed preachers who will turn this world up-side down for God!

    Allen's Prophecy
    Allen's Vision

Rev. A. A. Allen said, "Miracle Valley Bible College, chosen, given, and ordained of God, nestled in a lovely valley bordered by two mountain ranges, between Bisbee and Fort Huachuca, Arizona, will have its part in that quick work (last day revival). God has spoken it through prophecy, and confirmed it by miracle after miracle."

Two individuals telephoned our office at separate times and from different locations, telling us that through prophecy God has revealed to them that a great revival is coming and that God has told them that this great revival will start at MIRACLE VALLEY!

Urban Leiendecker (the rancher who gave his 1280 acre ranch to the A. A. Allen Revivals, Inc. in 1958) came by to inform us that he recently had a vision, and in his vision, he and Rev. A. A. Allen were walking throughout the campus as it appears today. Leiendecker said to me,"Brother Harter, this is the time for the restoration of Miracle Valley" and then Brother Leiendecker said that in his vision, as he and Rev. Allen walked throughout the campus, Allen began to point to each building and told Leiendecker that he wanted "these buildings restored." As they walked to the old A. A. Allen Revivals, Inc. Headquarters Building that was destroyed by fire in 1982, again Rev. Allen told Leiendecker as he pointed to it, "I want this building rebuilt." Leiendecker then stated that A. A. Allen told him that "Now is the time!" referring to the Allen prophecy given in 1970 at the Miracle Valley Mid-Winter Camp Meeting.

Prior to Rev. Allen's untimely death in June 1970, Brother Allen aired over his nation-wide radio program a vision that God had given to him during the previous Christmas season. The Holy Ghost prophesied through Allen in his last Mid-Winter Camp Meeting held at Miracle Valley in 1970. The prophecy was simply that "Miracle Valley would become like a ghost-town with the buildings needing repair, etc., that tumbleweeds would blow across the campus and weeds would appear to be everywhere. However, in the last days, God will honor His Word again for Miracle Valley."

The prophecy continues by God telling everyone that He will send "another people to Miracle Valley" that would fulfill God's divine will and that students would leave this campus again and go throughout the world preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, performing miracles, signs and wonders, and literally masses of people would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. This revival will start at Miracle Valley and spread throughout the entire world. A copy of the actual A. A. Allen Revivals, Inc. Broadcast Tape File is pictured above for your review.

Allen said that he even saw the faces of the people whom God was sending to Miracle Valley. They were coming from throughout America and even distant lands. Who knows? Perhaps he saw your face as well. Prayerfully consider coming to Miracle Valley.

    Volunteers Cutting Drywall

Metal roofing material is being shipped from Texas and scheduled to arrive at Miracle Valley on the 19th of July. The Administration Building and the Childcare Center Building will receive rustic red metal roofs and the Assisted Living Home will get a new tan metal roof.

Cochise County Planning Department require that we obtain a "general contractor" licensed in the State of Arizona before we can complete the remodeling of our Childcare Center. So far, we have been unable to obtain one resulting in our inability to finish the project. Will you pray that God will move for us in obtaining a General Contractor?

God is still moving in a great way. Volunteers are arriving at Miracle Valley, donating their time and energy to restore the campus.

    1. We just had a family of 5 people to leave today who spend their 4th of July vacation to come to Miracle Valley and help with the great work here.
    2. A carpenter in Wisconsin recently informed his wife that he felt he should go to Miracle Valley and do God's work. He telephoned our office and will arrive in the next few days. If we do not have a General Contractor by the time he arrives, he said he will do whatever he can to obtain a license himself in order to help us.
    3. An electrician called from California and said that he believes he should come to Miracle Valley and help with the restoration work. He will be here at the end of July.
    4. A group of workers are scheduled to arrive from Pastor Peter Contreras' church, the Bethel Pentecostal Church located in Blue Island, IL next week and devote 7 days of their time to help restore Miracle Valley buildings.
    5. A group of ladies from Columbia, South Carolina are on their way to Miracle Valley, traveling in a caravan and coming to give of their time in restoring the Miracle Valley campus.
    6. A minister from the Atlanta, GA area, leaves this weekend with a U-Haul truck, relocating to Miracle Valley so he can work and help restore the Miracle Valley Bible College.
    7. A telephone call came in to our office a few days ago from a Christian man in Oklahoma who plans to be on his way to Miracle Valley in the next few days so he can help with the restoration. All he requests is food and housing.
    8. A man called from Ontario, Canada who wants to attend Miracle Valley Bible College and who would like to come down as soon as possible to help with its restoration. After he completes his Bible College Application, and is approved, he will relocate to Miracle Valley to continue his studies. He wants to join the Work Study Program that is currently offered by Miracle Valley Bible College, which allows students to work most of their their way through college.

We do not know many of these people, therefore, we request that references be submitted first prior to one's coming to Miracle Valley, Arizona.

    Testimonies

    1. A Christian brother in Atlanta emailed our office regarding his association with Rev. A. A. Allen. He said, "You don't know what a joy I have inside me at this moment. Years ago my life was forever changed by the ministry of the precious "God's Man of Faith and Power" Evangelist A. A. Allen and the Miracle Valley Tent Meetings that would come over the television in my little home town of El Centro, CA. Being raised as the son of a pastor in the African Methodist Episcopal Church (AME) I would have never enjoyed the precious infilling of the Holy Ghost, speaking in tongues and dancing in the Spirit, but EVERY SUNDAY MORNING before Sunday School, the Man of God, Brother Allen would fire up my bedroom with the Word of God and anointed singing by Bro. Eugene Martin and the Miracle Valley Choir! OH WHAT MEMORIES. I took the Bible Study Course through the mail all of which were lost later on, but the Word of God which was sown in my heart yet remains! It remains so much so that our congregation here in Atlanta, Georgia is blessed because of Brother Allen's teachings. Most of our people don't even have a clue who this great man of God is and was. I will be sending donations to keep this great work alive.
    2. Another Christian writes and says, "I long to see God's power working in our country. It is so needed to see that God is alive!
    3. Sister Martin in Texas writes, "Brother Harter, There is no doubt in my mind that the Lord has you there in Miracle Valley. Not too many others would stand as you do. If for no other reason, that is why God has you there. I pray for deliverance for America. I heard a word in a dream I had which I believe came from God, a simple statement: "It has to begin at Miracle Valley." I believe that word referred to both deliverance and judgment. I believe Miracle Valley is the plumbline. As goes Miracle Valley, so goes America. God told you to go build HIS college, which indeed is Miracle Valley. You are to stay until you are thrust out. ( I would not judge you if you left, though.) But what is done to Miracle Valley is a sample and an example of what is being done in the country. Brother Allen told of his vision of the destruction of America. It's happening, and you are experiencing it as a forerunner there in Miracle Valley. It may be that your standing in the gap can save America. If Miracle Valley comes through, America will. God has sent to stand in the gap. I pray God will strengthen you mightily and keep you as you fulfill that calling."

Most of these individuals we have had no acquaintance. There has been no connection from the Miracle Valley staff to have anyone write anything. These testimonies are given from the people and are only checked for spelling and grammar.
