Dear Friends of Miracle Valley,

We are still believing that God is going to move for us.

Last Sunday evening (and yes, we still have Sunday evening services at Miracle Valley), I shared with everyone present regarding our need for $5,000 to pay the appraiser this week when he arrives.

At the moment, our congregation at Miracle Valley may be somewhat small and without a lot of financial resources.  However, we do have a lot of faith. 

Last Sunday evening, Dr. Robinson read from Matthew 18 where it says, “If any two of you shall agree - Whatsoever ye loose - Whatsoever ye bound”  We then stood together in the front, joined our hands together, and cried out unto the Lord.  We stood on Matthew 18 that God is going to give us what we need in order to get our appraisal.

Just a few moments ago, I emailed our Financials of the different entities we have at Miracle Valley such as the Assisted Living Home and the RV Park to the loan company.

I stated to the congregation last week that God is going to move for us in acquiring the necessary funds.  I told them that this next Sunday, I am coming back to inform them that God has moved again for Miracle Valley, and I told them to get ready to SHOUT THE VICTORY.

By faith, we began to sing these words –

“GOD DELIVERS AGAIN, O MY GOD DELIVERS AGAIN.  JUST WHEN THINGS LOOKED HOPELESS, O’ MY GOD, HE DELIVERS AGAIN!

Let me give you the report so far this morning.

One lady back East telephoned to inform me that she was sending $30 to Miracle Valley to help in this special need.  I know something about this elderly couple.  They are on a very limited and fixed income.  I know it is a sacrifice for them to even donate this amount.  But nevertheless, they love Miracle Valley and want to do something to help us.

Early this morning, a Christian lady who lives in Dallas, telephoned to say how much she appreciated the work of God at Miracle Valley.  She had worked for the Allen Ministry in its Television & Radio Department years ago when it was at Miracle Valley.  She said that she knew Brother Allen would appreciate what Sister Harter & I are doing at Miracle Valley.  She gave us her credit card number and said, “I want to donate $100 to Miracle Valley.  Put it on my card.”

Another dear sister who has been so faithful to send her financial support to Miracle Valley, and who just recently donated $500 to Miracle Valley, she writes, “Brother Harter, I will be mailing you $50 and I am sure you will be getting the rest of the money for the appraiser.  I have forward your email to my family and friends with faith that they may also make a donation.”  What a wonderful sister in the Lord!  Again, this is a sacrifice for this family, but they continue to be faithful in their financial support for Miracle Valley.

By the way, here is this dear sister’s email that she just sent out to her family and friends,

"Please send any amount to help Dr. Harter for this great cause. I was in Miracle Valley this past April and stayed at one of the beautiful apartment that was finished. I am looking forward to staying longer next time. My daughter N. sends all her small pay check to Miracle Valley.  It's not the amount that counts, but we must give it with all our heart as unto the Lord.  Pray and let the Lord speak to your heart and send Dr. Harter your donation and I am very sure the Lord will bless and multiply your finances. Reply to me and tell me MOM, FRIEND, AUNT, GRANDMA or COUSIN I will pray about making a donation, and if I can't make a donation, I will pray for MIRACLE VALLEY." – (PC in Illinois)

We just received notification from Paypal that $100 was donated to Miracle Valley from a dear Christian brother in Scottsdale, Arizona.  He emailed us saying, “I trust you have an overwhelming response!”

Don’t think that just because your donation is not large that you cannot give.  Let me remind you that God often uses a lot of people who give whatever they can even though it may appear to be small. 

Remember what the little sister from Illinois said, “It is not the amount you donate.  It is how it is given from the heart.”

According to Mark 12:41-44, the Bible states, “And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.

And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.

And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:

For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.” 

One financial institution informed me that they “Talked to the appraising firm this morning and they said probably could get it done in the 2 weeks that we need.   They are confirming with the appraiser to make sure he can commit to this.”

This past week, we saw on the news the terrible incident regarding a mother in the State of Ohio who was 9 months with her child; found dead in a field.  This morning, a professional wrestler was discovered dead in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area.  His wife and son of just 7 years old were dead as well, thought to have been killed by the wrestler.  What is happening to America?

Friends, we must have a genuine Holy Ghost REVIVAL that will stir people everywhere and cause them to return to God.

THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF MIRACLE VALLEY.  If I thought for a moment that all we were going to do at Miracle Valley is just refurbish these buildings and make it a lovely campus again, I would resign and leave today.  But NO!  God has revealed to me that He is going to use Miracle Valley to raise up a mighty army of men and women who are Holy Ghost anointed, and who will have the power of God upon their lives.  God will confirm these individuals with signs, wonders and miracles.

At the 1966 Mid-Winter Camp Meeting held in Miracle Valley, Evangelist Jerry Bernard said these words:

“I shall have a people, saith the Lord, who shall do exploits in the land and be a praise unto My name.  The sick shall be made whole.  Those bound in prison, houses of sin, shall be set free for I will yet demonstrate in the land that I am the Lord of hosts and the King of Kings.  So shall signs and wonders be wrought in the earth.  I shall be thy courage when thou art afraid and thou shall bring glory to My name.”
