Greetings!
Sister Harter & I appreciate your prayers and financial support over the past nine years that we have been at Miracle Valley. You are a most precious people, and even though we have perhaps never had the opportunity to meet each of you personally, we want you to know just how much we love and appreciate you standing alongside us here at Miracle Valley.
During these past nine years, we have experienced stress and pressure like we have never seen. Meanwhile, we continue to labor many hours each day, trusting God to make the way for us.
We desire so much to complete what God has commanded us to do, and even though we continue to press forward each week, there are tremendous hurdles that we must cross.
We desperately need God to continue to move for us, and we need your continual prayers and financial support. Remember, this is the Year of Jubilee for Miracle Valley, and we believe that God is preparing to do great things in the Spirit here at Miracle Valley.

Coronado National Park
 Miracle Valley is not just a desert. There are beautiful mountains surrounding the lovely valley where Miracle Valley is located.
Pictured here are the Harters, along with their daughter-in-law, Lynn, standing on a newly constructed bridge in the Coronado National Park, which is located just up the road a few miles from Miracle Valley.
The Harters' son, Nathan, wanted his parents to take some time off and ride bikes in the Park. Riding a bike or just walking the trails is always a relaxing thing to do.

We Must Refinance Our Loan
 Friends, as you know we must refinance our existing loan. For whatever reason, this has been a tremendous hurdle to cross.
However, last June, we were notified that AFS was considering granting us a loan for Miracle Valley. However, before this can occur, an up-to-date appraisal by a MIA appraiser must be completed. This took nearly six weeks to get our appraisal completed. And then there is the Business Plan as well as other important documents that must be gathered together before we can complete our loan.
Now we are in the midst of an economic crisis in our nation, and this has affected us as well.
Meanwhile, our existing mortgage holder is doing everything they can to foreclose on the Miracle Valley property. Just a few days ago, we learned that Miracle Valley was scheduled to be auction off today, Tuesday, September 30 at 2 PM.
AFS informed Dr. Harter that they just needed a couple more weeks to complete and close their loan for Miracle Valley. However, again our existing mortgage holder emphatically refused to grant a 15 day extension, informing Dr. Harter that they have had a buyer for Miracle Valley for several months now, and that everyone residing at Miracle Valley would be given seven days to vacate the property.
Oh, the stress that the Harters have been under. What can be done? There was nothing in the natural. Our only hope was in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Riding in the Park
There seemed to be nothing that the Harters could do.
You who have been at Miracle Valley know the vast amount of furniture and equipment that is currently at Miracle Valley.
There are five full living rooms suites located just in the Assisted Living Home. This does not include all the other many items such as beds, tables and lamps, as well as a large dining room hutch, table and chairs.
Then there is all the various equipment in the Childcare Center building, both inside and out. Literally thousands of dollars of labor, material and necessary equipment is located in just these two facilities.
This list does not include the Apartments, the Administration Building, or the large tabernacle Church.

We Need A MIRACLE
 All that could be done was to pray and call upon the Lord.
Dr. Harter has said, "If I go under and lose everything that we have invested in Miracle Valley over these past nine years, then I am going to go under CALLING UPON THE LORD IN PRAYER."
If anyone walked past some of the buildings at Miracle Valley last night, you would certainly hear various people praying, and calling upon the Lord God Almighty.
Last Monday evening, the Harters were in their small apartment, on their knees in prayer, calling upon the Lord and asking Him to prevent the sale of Miracle Valley scheduled for the following day.

Living By Faith
In addition to all of this stress and pressure, the finance of the Assisted Living Home is down due to the low number of its residents.
The Childcare Center is progressing; however, it has been a slow progress.
Sister Harter needed to pay the electric bill at Miracle Valley; however, she was still falling short $2,000. The electric was scheduled to be turned off last Monday.
She did the only thing she could do. She and Dr. Harter prayed and agreed together that God would supply this need. In order to prevent the electricity from being turned off, Sister Harter wrote the check for the electric bill.
The very next day, someone telephoned Sister Harter and informed her that they have had a tremendous burden for Miracle Valley. That very day, that same person wired into the Miracle Valley bank account a sum of $2,000.
What occurs after people sincerely pray and call upon God?
Nothing short of a MIRACLE! OH. PRAISE GOD! He did it again for Miracle Valley.

Partnering With Miracle Valley
 Most people know nothing of faith. When walking in faith, your stress level can get very high. And everyone knows that stress can literally kill you.
However, God gave us another Miracle. We were able to obtain a few more days before Miracle Valley property can be sold. Thanks be to God.
At the moment, we are contending against time. We only have just a few more days, and if God does not intervene, it will be over for the Harters and their work at Miracle Valley.
We desperately need just a few more days in order to finalize our new loan. Please pray with us regarding this matter.
Also, we need Partners who will join with us each month with their financial support. Please prayerfully consider becoming a Miracle Valley Partner. Regardless of the amount, it is always appreciated.

 In all retrospect,
those individuals who have really taken to heart the work of God here
at Miracle Valley, and I am sad to say this, are people who have never
had had any connection with Miracle Valley in the past.
One
gentleman, whom we have never personally met, Bill Benn of California,
who has only spoken to Brother Harter on the telephone, has taken a tremendous
interest in our work at Miracle Valley. He plans to come to Miracle
Valley and be a tremendous blessing to us.
Larry Bowers of
California recently visited with us here at Miracle Valley. He had
never even heard of Rev. Allen or Miracle Valley, but yet he plans to
resign from his present employment and relocate to Miracle Valley.
Larry can do anything in the way of remodeling and construction. He is
also a tremendous man of God.
A Sister Parker from Tucson makes
several trips a week just to come to Miracle Valley and pray in the
Tabernacle and Prayer Tower. She spends hours at a time praying and
seeking God for the Harter's success at Miracle Valley. She is a tremendous blessing to Brother Harter and me.
But why is it that God seems to be always sending those people who have never had a connection with Miracle Valley?
And
why is it that many of those people who have had a connection with
Miracle Valley fail to become genuinely involved in what God is doing
at Miracle Valley?
We don't have all the answers. God does.
Regarding my husband speaking
with some of people who have had connections to Miracle Valley, they
seem to be more so concerned with "Who owns Miracle Valley?" "Can we trust the
Harters?" "What if the Harters sell the property later?" "What if the
Harters fail?" and the list goes on and on, much of which is nothing
more than false rumors and foolish nonsense.
We are proud to say that we are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is registered with the Federal Government. Those who support our work can deduct their gifts on their annual IRS tax forms.
Please, we need everyone's help. We are at a crisis in Miracle Valley and we want so desperately for Miracle Valley to become successful in God's work. However, just as God has called my husband to Miracle Valley, God calls others to stand with us. We need godly and holy people to become a part of what God is doing at Miracle Valley. Friends, Jesus is coming soon. I'm afraid that our nation is getting ready to receive the judgment of God. As we know, before God actually sends His final judgment upon any nation, He always gives warnings. These warnings are always in the way of natural disasters. God's ultimate judgment always comes upon a nation that sanctions sodomy. It there ever was a time to seek God and dedicate your life to Jesus Christ, this is the time. I encourage you to attend a good holiness church that is full of the Holy Ghost. That church just might be a small church in your community, but nevertheless, be a part of a church that preaches the Holy Bible.

| Worship Services at Miracle Valley

Several families arrived a few months ago from Tyler, Texas. They had come to enroll in Miracle Valley Bible College.
Pictured above is Luella, on her knees praying and seeking God.
Luella is married and has a small little boy. She and her husband have enrolled in Bible College. Meanwhile, she is also working with a special teen program at Miracle Valley where she is involved in Friday Night's Special Youth Program.
Teenagers from the local community are participating in Youth Night at Miracle Valley every Friday evening.
Luella has a real burden for young people. The desire of her heart is to lead young people to Jesus Christ.

Everyone is Free to Worship the Lord

Charles lifts his hands in praise to God. The Spirit of the Lord is very much alive at Miracle Valley.
If you hunger for the Spirit of God in your life, why don't you come and worship with us at Miracle Valley?
God is moving in this place again.

The waters are being troubled at Miracle Valley again.
Justin Edminston recently arrived at Miracle Valley with his young wife and baby. He has come to enroll in Miracle Valley Bible College.
Justin is seeking after God and desires to have all of God in his life.
The Lord has brought Justin a mighty long way. Just a few years ago, Justin was a pagan and worshipped someone other than Jesus Christ.
However, he testifies that his life has been totally changed by the power of God.
Justin does not have funds to attend Bible school, so he works his way through Miracle Valley Bible College by enrolling in the college's Work-Study Program.

The last several days have been most stressful.
If we don't complete our refinance in the next few days, it will literally be over for Sister Harter and me.
Should this occur, it would be most devastating to everyone, including Miracle Valley.
All of our hard work and sacrifice will simply go down the tube.
I know this is not the plan of God.
Friends, as sincere as I can be, we must have everyone's help if Miracle Valley is to remain.
I need for everyone, especially you who have been acquainted with Miracle Valley and A. A. Allen down through the years, to get involved with God's plan for this place.
As most of you know, we are living in the very last days of the Church.
Much of the "so-called" Christian Church and its ministers are preaching "another gospel," which the Apostle Paul declares "really is not another gospel" because there is only one true gospel, and that is the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Please do not misunderstand me; however, there is a great move among many ministers, a great number should I mention their names I am sure you would recognize, that declare certain people of other faith are our brothers.
I must remunerate the fact that the ONLY WAY TO GOD IS THROUGH THE LORD JESUS CHRIST.
A person can live totally by the Old Testament, yet still miss heaven. You can be a wonderful person, but without Jesus Christ, you will never make heaven your home.
I read recently on a web site of a well-renown minister who has established a ministry in a well-known facility in South Carolina and who desires to unite Jews & Christians. He states, "...the Jew according to the flesh will
join in purpose. When they do, it will open a bridge between the heavenly realm
and earthly, leading to the restoration of all things lost by the Fall. Even
death will ultimately be destroyed. . . Contrary to what
many believe, what we are about to enter into is not another time of the Jews,
but a time of the Jews and Gentiles being joined together in purpose. We will
witness the Jew, the natural seed of Abraham, and the church, the spiritual seed
of Abraham, becoming the "one new man" Paul wrote about (see Ephesians 2:15).
When these two are joined, it will open the gate between the heavens and the
earth, and for the kingdom of God to be established on the earth."
Another renown minister from Texas declares Jesus Christ was not the Messiah and he writes in his book that "The Old Covenant Is Not Dead."
In referring to John 1:11, "He came unto his own, and his own received him not." The minister states that this refers to the half-brothers and family of Jesus.
I don't know what Bible school our brother went to, but he is totally off base.
This particular verse from the Koine Greek means, "He came unto his own, and on the basis of good evidence, (meaning the people knew Jesus was their Messiah), they not only rejected Christ, but they utterly rejected Him.
Friend, whenever you hear the gospel preached to you, and you refuse to accept Christ as your Savior, you too join with these people, that in the light of good evidence, you too utterly reject the Lord Jesus Christ.
