Week-End Revival Scheduled at Miracle Valley
TJ Tipton
Dr. Melvin Harter announced today that Evangelist TJ Tipton and his wife Rhonda will be conducting revival services at Miracle Valley starting on Friday, August 22 and continuing through Sunday evening, August 24. The evening services start at 7 PM (Sunday evening service starts at 6 PM).

Everyone is invited to attend. There will be Holy Ghost singing and preaching and all services will be conducted in the A. A. Allen Memorial Tabernacle located on the campus of Miracle Valley Bible College & Seminary in Miracle Valley, Arizona.

Tipton was born in a Pentecostal family. His great grandmother received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost in Topeka, KS in the early 1900's under Charles Parham which was prior to the Azusa Street Revival.

At age six, Tipton began singing specials in local churches. God called him into the ministry when he was 12.  He started playing for various gospel singing groups at age 15, and he had the opportunity to sing with the Statesmen Quartet at a National Quartet Convention in Nashville, TN.

Later, he formed a singing group known as the "Divine Touch." He and his group opened for the Kingsmen, Hinsons, The Hoppers, The Singing Americans, and even the country legend Porter Wagner.

Tipton is currently an ordained minister with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church with headquarters in Oklahoma City, OK. He had served as Executive Director for the Alaska District of the IPHC.

TJ Tipton and his wife Rhonda, along with their triplets (Colton, Faith, and Rebekah) reside in Mena, AR. He conducts revivals and conferences throughout the country, as well as several foreign nations.

Dr. Harter & Staff with Pastor David Vivas
David Vivas
Rev. David Vivas, Jr, Senior Pastor of the World Harvest International Church of Delano, CA recently visited at Miracle Valley.

Pastor Vivas has a real love for the ministry of the late Rev. A. A. Allen, and he wanted to visit and see Miracle Valley for himself.

Pastor Vivas plans to make a donation to Miracle Valley.

He also plans to bring a group of the men from his church to Miracle Valley.

This group of men will be comprised of electricians, plumbers, carpenters and painters, as well as other trades.

Pastor Vivas wants to help Dr. Harter in the restoration of Miracle Valley.

Thank you Pastor Vivas. We look forward to your return to Miracle Valley and especially the designated workers from the World Harvest International Church of Delano, CA.
A Prophecy from the Lord  Declaring ...

I HAVE ORDAINED THIS PLACE

I say unto thee I have ordained this place and if thou wilt trust in Me, there shall no evil befall this place.

There is no power that can destroy that which I have ordained.

If thou wilt believe that I am the God of all flesh, that I am the same yesterday, and today, and forever, no evil shall befall this place, no destruction, because the hand of the Lord is upon this place and surrounding this place.

I shall protect it from all the powers of evil and all the powers of man, for I, the Lord, am the Power of all Powers. There is no power but of Me, saith the Lord, and I shall protect, I shall keep, and I shall save throughout the Millennial Age, saith the Lord.
Greetings!

I am in the process of acquiring a financial loan for Miracle Valley. We hope to finalize it in the next month or so. However, in order to acquire this loan, we had to up-date our appraisal, pay an application fee, as well as several other expenses. This totals up to nearly $10,000.

Our monthly income is down at the moment. Our Assisted Living Home is down 50% and it is putting a tremendous hurt on our financial income. Of course, we know that it will come back up, but neverthless, we still have to pay our monthly obligations, and we currently do not have enough funds to do so.

I really need your financial help. If you can do something to help us, regardless of the amount, I would be so grateful.

If you are able to make a donation to Miracle Valley (again, regardless of the amount) and put it on your debit or credit card, then you can go to our web site by clicking the following link DONATION

However, if you would like to mail a check, you can send it to
9210 E MIRACLE VALLEY LOOP
MIRACLE VALLEY, AZ 85615

Call us at (520) 366-1000 or (520) 366-5559 and let us know if you can make a donation. We always love to hear from you.

Sister Harter & I thank you from the bottom of our heart for your financial support. Without your standing alongside of us, we could not make it.

God richly bless each of you and prosper you in everything you do.

Rev. A. A. Allen's Grandson Returns to Miracle Valley
Jeff AllenJeff Allen, son of John Allen who is one of the three sons of Rev. A. A. Allen, has returned to Miracle Valley. His family moved away when he was just three years old.

Jeff states the Lord had been dealing with him to return to Miracle Valley and assist Dr. Harter in his restoration of Miracle Valley.

Jeff had been working with the R W Schambach Ministries in Tyler, TX as a maintenance man while his wife Kim worked in Schambach's office responding to the many letters and requests Schambach receives from his television ministry.

The last time Jeff was at Miracle Valley was in 1990 when he attended his Grandmother Allen's funeral. He says at that time he was deep in sin, had hair down to his waist, and had absolutely no desire to serve God.

However, since that time, Jeff accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord & Savior. His life was totally changed.  He and his wife Kim are currently enrolled at Miracle Valley Bible College. In addition to course work, they are taking piano and voice lessons, and are actively involved in sharing their Christian faith with others in the local community.

Jeff plans to enter the ministry and do evangelistic work upon graduation from Bible College.
Rev. Dan Binner - Lancaster, Ohio
Dan BinnerDan Binner and his wife Diane came by Miracle Valley last year for a short visit.
However, since that time, Dan could not get Miracle Valley off his heart.

Dan and Diane became financial partners with Dr. Harter for the restoration of Miracle Valley.

When Dan received his two-weeks vacation time, he and Diane decided they wanted to spent it at Miracle Valley. They arrived at Miracle Valley in June, 2008.

Dan had such an anointing upon his life that Dr. Harter requested that he hold revival services during his second week. Many people were blessed by his preaching and Diane's singing at Miracle Valley.

Still God has given the Binners a tremendous burden for Miracle Valley. They plan to return to Miracle Valley during the Labor Day Week-End, and bring several other people with them.

Dr. Harter says, "When we get on our feet financially, we certainly want to invite Dan to join our staff here at Miracle Valley Bible College."
Miracle Valley Childcare Center
 Children
The childcare center at Miracle Valley is very important to the general community. It is meeting a need and impacting many children in a most positive manner.

Pictured here are six children watching a puppet show that is being put on by visiting Evangelist Jills & Diane Lonjavon.

Dr. & Mrs. Harter believe Miracle Valley Childcare Center is perhaps one of the most valuable services that could be offered to the general area.

Mrs. Harters states, "These children's lives are being greatly enhanced. They are learning and developing daily with our special learning program. Each child receives a nutricious hot meal and experiences Christian love from all of our teachers."

One parent states, "Thank God for the Harters and their vision to provide childcare services for our children."

Presently, twenty children are enrolled at Miracle Valley Childcare Center. Miracle Valley Childcare Center offers a safe learning environment.

Dr. & Mrs. Harter wish to say THANK YOU to everyone who has helped us in remodeling this building and turning it into a lovely childcare center.

Working Preacher
Dan Binner WorkingWhen Dan & Diane Binner arrived at Miracle Valley to spend their two week vacation, they did not realize that they would be immediately put to work.

But work they did. This wonderful Christian couple joined in with the efforts with our various workers instead of spending their time vacationing throughout the general area.

Pictured here is Dan finishing up some work on the roof of the tabernacle. Diane helped out in the cafeteria, our childcare center, as well as ran many errands. Not only did this wonderful Christian couple work, but they made a financial donation as well to Miracle Valley.
Dr. Melvin Harter
Friends, a congregational song we used to sing on page 162 in the old red back Church Hymnal (printed by the Church of God Publishing House in Cleveland, TN) at our local church where I attended as a child stated these words -

"I care not today what tomorrow may bring, if shadow or sunshine or rain. The Lord I know ruleth o'er everything, and all of my worry is vain."

The chorus went this way,

"Living by faith, in Jesus above. Trusting confiding in His great Love. From all harm sway, in His shel'tering arm, I'm living by faith and feel no alarm."

Living By Faith is one of our theme songs here at Miracle Valley because truly we are living each day by faith.  I really need your financial help at this time. The fact is simply this, I NEED A FINANCIAL MIRACLE THIS WEEK FOR MIRACLE VALLEY. If you can do anything to help us, I would be most certainly thankful. God bless each of you is my prayer.
