There is a brand new program at Miracle Valley and I want to share it with you. It's called "INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING." I have included some photos so that you can have a better understanding of what God is doing at Miracle Valley. |
Miracle Valley is a Christian community.
Would you, or someone you know, like to live at Miracle Valley? The weather is beautiful in southern Arizona, especially during the winter months.
Perhaps you are at an age today where you require some assistance, but you are not ready for an Assisted Living Home at the moment. Like everyone else, you want your own independence. But regardless, you need some assistance with daily life.
Miracle Valley Apartments comprises both private bedrooms and efficiency apartments. They are designed especially for retired and/or disabled persons.
Do you require some assistance with daily life? Would you like to reside in a total Christian community? Do you love attending church services where the Spirit of the Lord still moves in the church? Do you enjoy listening to gospel singing? Would you like to live among others who love the Lord Jesus Christ just as much as you do?
Well, we have the answer here at Miracle Valley. This may be your answer to prayer. God has revealed His divine plan in how Miracle Valley can (1) sustain itself financially; (2) express God's love in providing housing and special programs for seniors; and, (3) how our Christian seniors have so much to give to our Bible College students from just their wisdom they gathered from life's experiences.

Miracle Valley offers lovely up-to-date fully remodeled apartments. Each apartment has new electrical wiring throughout the facility. They are fully insulated with R19 in the wall and R38 in the ceilings. Newly installed light fixtures complement each apartment. Everything is new in each bathroom. There is new flooring throughout the apartment.

In the efficient apartment, the living room serves as the bedroom as well. A couple can easily live in the efficiency apartment. | |

 A beautiful fully service kitchen is designed for every apartment.
Sister Harter states that "Every woman wants lots of cabinets."
She has made sure that there is ample cabinet space that goes around the perimeter in the kitchen.

A modern refrigerator is installed in every apartment. They have water and ice makers in them as well. |
Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. In the efficiency apartments, a stackable washer and dryer are installed. | 
Beautiful wood cabinets align the walls. There is plenty of storage space where you can place can goods and other necessary items.

Sister Harter & I want to take the time to say 'THANK YOU' to many of you who helped in the remodeling of the Apartment complex. Many of you have made donations, and others have put a lot of hard labor into this complex. We could never have made it had it not been for your sacrifices.
We want to especially thank our son Melvin and his wife Lindsay who worked and labored for over three months, giving themselves everyday to this endeavor.
Melvin installed the wiring (He is a graduate of DeVry University), insulated, installed drywall and literally devoted much time, including working many times into the night, so this work could be accomplished.
In addition, they financially supported this endeavor as well.
Lindsay worked alongside of her husband, sanding the walls and painting the apartment.
In additional, our dear brother-in-the-Lord, Rev. Elisa Moreno and the many others who labored alongside, endeavoring to help us restore Miracle Valley.
We also appreciate our son Nathan for recently purchasing the carpet, installing the new water heater and taking care of the plumbing, etc. for Apartment # 8. |
