Greetings! The large tabernacle church at Miracle Valley is a very special building indeed. You may ask, "What makes it so special?" Well, my answer would be "Because in it, God performed the miraculous!" This one particular building has literally had more miracles and healings to occur in it, and even more devils cast out of people in this one building than any other one building in the entire world. Just think about it? Even today, people still share their testimony of how they witnessed God's power in the old tabernacle. Rev. James Cann, currently pastoring in Midway, GA, testifies to the fact that he actually saw the dead raised, blind eyes opened, limbs shoot out on bodies, arms instantly growing out from shoulders, oil appearing on hands. and many mighty other miracles, all of which occurred in the old A. A. Allen tabernacle pictured below. ![]() Some years ago now, God spoke to me to tear down these walls, referring to the interior walls that had been constructed inside the tabernacle. I shared with our staff, who believed it to be in the best interest not to do so at that time. However, a few weeks later, that same spirit came upon me again, only this time, someone had made the fatal mistake and left a 16 pound sledge hammer against the wall. I immediately took the hammer and put a large hole in the wall, after which I proceeded to share with our staff as to my doings. Shortly thereafter, everyone pitched in and all the interior walls were removed so that once again, the tabernacle looked as it did when it was first constructed by Rev. A. A. Allen. Since that time, certain strange phenomenon has occurred. Things such as seeing Jesus Christ walking alongside of the tabernacle (directly under the porch that you see in the picture above), seeing a large flame of fire burning inside the tabernacle, prophecies declaring that “When My tabernacle is restored, I will restore My glory!” - Dr. Melvin Harter
![]() God sends people from northwest Ohio to Miracle Valley. The young man in the above picture is Preston. He and his family decided to spend their Thanksgiving vacation at Miracle Valley. Although there was some fun in driving the go-kart, much of the time was spent in removing the old roof from A. A. Allen's tabernacle. A 40 cubic yard dumpster is being filled. Currently, this is the 7th dumpster that has been filled with roofing debris, and yet there is much more roofing material to remove. ![]()
![]() Carol took a week off from her job and flew down to Miracle Valley. Ever since Carol attended a Camp Meeting at Miracle Valley a few years ago, she said she cannot get Miracle Valley off of her mind nor out of her heart. Here, she is seen, with shovel in hand, removing old roofing material from the tabernacle that was first constructed by Rev. A. A. Allen in 1960. ![]()
![]() Rev. Bud Yoder, an alumni of Miracle Valley Bible College and currently pastor of Miracle Revival Center located in Bryan, Ohio, brought some of his congregation to Miracle Valley during the Thanksgiving holiday. Here Bud is seen on the roof of the old Allen Tabernacle, with several of the members of his church, removing the existing roofing material. While Rev. Bud Yoder was at Miracle Valley, his church gave $1,300 to fill the propane tank at the cafeteria. Praise God! ![]()
![]() Nearly one-half of the roofing material is removed. As the above picture reveals, all the roofing material is being removed resulting in the original wood deck being left in place. Once the roofing material is removed, any damaged wood in the deck will be replaced as well. Normally, it costs about $500 to obtain a dumpster containing 5 tons of construction material and have it removed. However, the dumpsters required for the roofing material of the tabernacle cost nearly $1,000 because the weight of the roofing material is nearly 10.7 tons and therefore the cost factor is much higher. ![]()
![]() God's Spirit is moving at Miracle Valley! God has called people as far away as Columbia, South Carolina to help Miracle Valley. Dr. Barbara Krell, Executive Director of Colonial Christian Academy located in Columbia, SC brought nine young people to Miracle Valley to assist in the removal of the roofing material from the old Allen tabernacle. Traveling more than 2500 miles across the country in a van pulling a trailer, they made their way to Miracle Valley. This was the first time these young people saw Miracle Valley, but they had heard about some of the most outstanding testimonies of what God had done in this place, and in particular, this building. They wanted to be a part of the restoration of the tabernacle. They even raised their own funds from yard & garage sales, bake sales, etc. for their expenses of the trip. In addition, they presented Dr. Harter with a check for $1,000 to help Miracle Valley. Praise God! The above picture shows 5 boys working to remove old roofing material from the Allen tabernacle. These kids testified that they felt the Spirit of God when they came on the Miracle Valley property. Two of them felt called into the ministry and plan to enroll at the Miracle Valley Bible College this fall. ![]()
![]() Judi Terrana (alumni of Miracle Valley High School) and her husband C.J. visited Miracle Valley during the Thanksgiving week. Arriving from Martinsburg, PA, Judi & C.J. worked throughout the week at Miracle Valley, often times preparing special meals and sharing their experiences when she was a student at Miracle Valley. Judi & C.J. plan to return in February to assist with security in a prepared special tent revival to be held at Miracle Valley. ![]()
![]() Friends, we have a limited amount of time to restore Miracle Valley. I shall never forget my first time at Miracle Valley when the rains came. I did not realize the condition of the roof of the tabernacle. I gathered a few buckets to catch the water that was coming into the tabernacle. However, very soon I had to request that pots and pans from the cafeteria be brought immediately to help stop the rain. But nevertheless, it was most overwhelming. More than 2 inches of rain was already on the floor and it was futile for us to prevent it. What a terrible sight, especially in a building where God's power has been. I will never forget that day. Those with me found a place where it was not wet. We got down on our knees and began to pray. I asked the Lord to help me get a new roof put on that building. And when we finished praying, I had everyone join me in singing that old song, "I KNOW THE LORD WILL MAKE A WAY SOMEHOW." I know the Bible talks of a man who builds a house must first count the cost, but I began to believe that God wanted me to step out in faith and tear the roof off right now. I have absolutely no funds to purchase metal roofing material, nor funds to pay to have it installed. But, nevertheless, I am believing God to stand by my side and supply my need. Some years ago, God spoke to me to go to Miracle Valley. He gave me precise instructions. Now I don't considered myself a man of great faith. I simply believe what God's Word says, and that settles it. Call it great faith if you like, but all I really do is simply believe what God told me. Right now I believe God is speaking to some of you whom He has already blessed financially to stand with us at Miracle Valley. Even though we are financially behind in our monthly obligations, I still believe that now is the time to start restoring the old Allen tabernacle. I humbly ask that you prayerfully consider giving a financial donation to Miracle Valley at this time. We are a 501(c)3 organization and your donation can be a tax-write off for you. The address and telephone number is attached to this email. We do accept VISA and MASTER CARD as well. Thank you and May God Richly Bless You is our prayer. - Dr. & Mrs. Melvin E. Harter ![]()

![]() Nancy Cardenas attends the Bethel Pentecostal Church in Blue Island, Illinois where Peter Contreras (Miracle Valley Alumni) is the pastor. She works each week and saves her money. But on this special occasion, Nancy wanted to give several of her pay checks, though they may seem somewhat small in some people's mind, nevertheless just like the little widow lady in the Bible, she gave all she had. Pictured above is Dr. Harter receiving Nancy's special donation of $100 for the restoration of Miracle Valley. (Please note, Nancy is an on-going contributor to Miracle Valley.) Will you join Nancy in prayerfully making a financial gift to Miracle Valley this year? ![]()
