It's always easy to quit, isn't it?

Well, I want to take a few moments and share with you what I believe a good definition of a "great man or woman of God" really is.

My definition of a "great man or woman of God" is not how large your church or congregation is, nor is it how much money in offering and tithes that you take in each month. It is not the fancy car you drive, nor is it the big house you live in. It is not the expensive clothes you wear, nor is it the degrees listed behind your name.

Instead, it is simply being able to answer in the positive the following question, "What does it take for the devil to stop you?"

If you answer this question by stating, "Nothing" then friend, "you are a great man or woman of God."

It does not matter how great your material gain is, nor how great an oratory you may be. Instead, it is simply being in the center of God's divine will.

God's will may have you on the missionary field, or pastoring a small struggling church. Perhaps you serve as an evangelist and having to believe God for your finances.

Or as in my case, be called by God to build a Bible College on a run-down campus located in a desert in southeast Arizona.

The fact remains, if you are in the center of God's will for your life, and you are faithful to that will, then you are a "great man or woman of God."

Friend, God honors faithfulness.

With the latest terrorist attacks in London, we certainly need to be concerned about our nation. Let us be in prayer that God will protect our people.
