First of all, we still believe God because He is a God of Miracles!
Secondly, as wise and practical people, we are also packing up and boxing our possessions.
Are we going to break if we God does not come through with another miracle?
Absolutely not!
Our faith is in God, not man. It is God whom we serve, not some church denomination.
And as Job in the Bible, "Though He slay me, yet will I serve Him."
Certainly it makes one wonder as to what God is doing?
Our prayers have bombarded heaven. We have asked the Lord to give us divine direction, to show us the way.
Still there remains no answer as of yet, so we simply have continued doing what He requested us to do in the beginning, and we will continue to do so until it is humanly impossible to do.
Many are asking, "What will you and Sister Harter do now?"
Well, first of all, we leave Miracle Valley in the finest condition that we can.
Secondly, we go up the highway and not look back. We know God has something special planned for us.
Did we lose out? Certainly not!
We realize that coming to Miracle Valley and fulfilling the call of God upon our life required more than just us.
Miracle Valley's success requires other people joining our hands as well.
Yes, we have had many people who have stood by our side and been a tremendous blessing to us.
However, for most part, the most unique thing regarding these people is the fact that the majority of them have had absolutely no connection with Miracle Valley or Rev. Allen in their past.
These people stood with us because God spoke to them to do so.
I remember one lady, who attended one of our Camp Meetings at Miracle Valley.
She said, "Dr. Harter, God told me that I am to support you and your work at Miracle Valley."
This precious woman has done more than most. In fact, she has given and sacrificed for Miracle Valley to the extent that a dormitory should have her name placed on its front entrance.
Of all the thousands of folks who did have connections with Miracle Valley and/or the late Rev. A A Allen, I believe it would be safe to say that no more than 10 to 15 of them seemed to express any real concern to help us.
WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?
Sister Harter & I plan to continue full-time in the Lord's work.
We will be conducting revivals in local churches as well as hold evangelistic meetings everywhere we can.
We would like to offer ministerial and biblical courses via the internet for those who are interested in continuing their studies.
We plan to offer several seminars to local congregations who are interested in starting childcare centers or assisted living homes as an extension of their church.
We would like to conduct evangelistic meetings in other countries as well.
Sister Harter said today, "It feels so sad here. It is as though we are at a funeral."
Yes, it is very difficult right now with what we are going through. But there is nothing we can do except pray and continue to trust in the Lord with all of our heart.
Why is it so sad?
Because we had a sincere desire to reach the Lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We wanted to get metal roofs put on the rest of the buildings.
We wanted to complete the remodeling of the Apartment Complex.
We looked forward to having the large Tabernacle restored.
We planned on inviting retired ministers and missionaries to spend their retirement years at Miracle Valley.
One particular minister wanted so much to live at Miracle Valley where he could feel that he was impacting young people's lives.
We wanted to get the dormitories in the dry so we could remodel them and have them available for the young people who so desperately desire Bible School training.
We wanted to invite the sick and diseased people to come to Miracle Valley.
We wanted God to give each of them the miracle they needed, all because God is God!
We wanted to prepare the Tabernacle so we could televise again to the entire world via the satellite.
