STAF has been an animal sanctuary for over twenty years! Founded in 1988, we are a corps of volunteers dedicated to providing a loving and safe home for our residents for as long as they live or until they are adopted into a home of their own. STAF is a NO-KILL shelter for abandoned cats and dogs. We currently house over 600 dogs and cats - many of who were abused or neglected before coming to our shelter and benefit from the extra time, love and caring patience given by our volunteers each day.
Our monthly Newsletters provide information about the exciting events, activities, and initiatives our shelter undertakes in order to support and nurture our animal residents. This archive presents an ongoing history of our love and devotion to the animals we care for and a record of our volunteers' tireless pursuit of support, education, and concern for the welfare of animals in our community.
