Dear Friend of STAF!
Thank you! Because of your incredible support, our June events were a huge success!
We had a wonderful turn-out for our Alumni Day. Whether you made it to the shelter for our reception or to Armleder Memorial Park, we hope you enjoyed our 2nd Annual Alumni Day as much as we did. It's always wonderful to see and hear how our former residents are doing.
Our Media Sale was an incredible success as we raised over $2,300! Thank you for donating your books, CDs and DVDs, shopping at the event or spreading the word and telling your family and friends about it.
We hope you had a great time at our Summer Open House! With your help, we raised over $6,300! It was such a fun day and our residents, such as Sangria and Sparks, loved seeing and meeting everyone.
Thank you for all that you do for STAF. We simply would not exist without the support of wonderful people like you. We hope you had a wonderful and safe July 4th and are enjoying your summer.

 PENNIES FOR PAWS
Can you help us reach our goal of collecting 1 Million Pennies ($10,000) by December 31st? We know our goal is kind of high, but we also know that STAF has the most incredible supporters! If you have pennies you would like to donate, please drop them off at the shelter and help us fill up our 'pennies treasure chest'.

 GO BANANAS COMEDY CLUB
Looking for a night out that helps Gumdrop and all her friends at STAF? Then mark your calendars for Sunday, July 19th for STAF Night at Go Bananas Comedy Club! This is going to be a fun event with lots of laughs featuring comedian Henry Phillips!
Doors open at 7:00pm and the show begins at 8:00pm. Ticket price is $10.00 and all proceeds from the door benefit STAF! Tickets can be ordered on-line at www.gobananascomedy.com.

 RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT - SPARKS
In honor of the July 4th holiday and all those fireworks, we at STAF would like to introduce you to Sparks.
This black and white long hair and his companion, Cement, came to STAF when their owner passed away. Sparks definitely has an independent spirit as he loves to investigate the world around him. He also is very playful with shiny things that dangle in front of him.
If he can sit still long enough, he does enjoy a good round of petting and as he adjusts to your home he is likely to get more cuddly.
If you are looking to add a sparkler to your home, come meet Sparks during STAF adoptions on Thursday's from 6:00-8:00pm or Saturday's from 1:00-4:00pm.

 RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT - SANGRIA
Sangria knows how to be content when you are busy, but in the yard, or on the leash, she is ready to go. Her excitement about life is evident as she romps around the yard, but her curiosity sometimes slows her down, as she is compelled to sniff and explore, determined not to miss a thing.
Sangria loves to cuddle with her human friends and has plenty of affection to dole out to her forever home. This low-maintenance girl is an ideal combination of playful and mellow.

| STAF BINGO |
Having out-of-town company this summer? Why not bring them to STAF Bingo?!
Bingo is held at the Blue Ash Banquet Center (11330 Williamson Road, just off Cornell in Blue Ash). Starting time is 7:00pm for preliminary games and 7:30 for regular games. We give away over $3100 per night in prize money and have one of the largest selections of instants in town.
