See what some of Jennifer's clients have to say:

"I have more mental clarity, energy and I have lost two pant sizes, but for me, the most tangible result is the way others react to me.  On a daily basis, I now hear, "You look so happy,' 'You have lost weight,' and 'Wow, you just look great!'" - Scott A.

"I would never have thought I could make changes that would be so profound in all areas of my life.   There is a new lightness and brightness about me.   I have lost 20 lbs (!), and seen improvements in my skin, hair and nails.  I have avoided medications for high cholesterol and triglycerides - making real changes in my blood work. Overall, I have new found energy for myself and my family.  This is the only way to live."  - Jen Z.

"How can food that tastes so good be so good for you??" - J.H.

"My family eats together when we eat your food.  For that alone, I am so grateful!  Thank you from the bottom of my heart."     - Tricia R.

"Thank you SO much for a wonderful cooking class. I can really say that it has changed the way I eat, cook and shop for groceries! I always thought I've been health-conscious when it came to food, but I never realized just how much more I could be doing.  Thanks again!"         - Celina Z.

"The experience I've had with Jen Kelly has truly changed my life. Not only has my body changed, but my entire way of thinking."        - Steph T.

"Jen provides an invaluable service; it is some of the best money I've ever spent on myself."
- Joanna H.

I am now making better choices and even enjoying foods I never knew existed!  My improved choices have brought many changes:  22-pound weight loss, down from size 24 to size 14, my LDL has dropped significantly as has my blood sugar levels.  Most importantly, my energy level has been great.  I was amazed by the Whole Foods tour and the "green wall," and I loved Jennifer's cooking classes.  This has been a great experience for me. ~Terry D.

I was NEVER health conscious and I NEVER believed in Holistic Medicine or Holistic anything else...I can't believe in such a short period of time I am changing my life for the better. Also, my mood has been uplifted and I try to share my new found knowledge with others. Thank you so much Jennifer for bringing me to the light. Better late than never! ~Phyllis S.

"This program has been wonderful for me.  My back pain has all but gone away in the past three weeks and I feel lighter and have more energy than I have for a long time!  I can't thank you enough for helping me realize that the foods we eat can have such a tremendous impact on our minds and bodies!" ~Joan J.

The experience of working with Jen has been a gift I gave to myself - it has made me aware of my connection with food on a deeper level and given me the tools I need for growth.  The information I learned about the keys to great health are a part of me now, as are the spiritual lessons I learned in the process.  I truly appreciate working with you.  ~Jeanmarie W.

and the recipe of the month ~

Greetings!

Although we've enjoyed a relatively mild Northeast winter, you may have noticed the pounds adding up, clothes a little tighter, digestion not so hot, low energy, sugar cravings, or other tell-tale signs of several months of being cooped up indoors.

This time of year, people are constantly asking me what to do to prepare their bodies for the warm weather and, of course, for bathing suit season.  The best thing to do is to start immediately - it doesn't have to be anything radical - just pick ONE thing to begin adding into your life, and by June, much progress will have accumulated.

Last month, I gave you some tips to begin clearing out the winter debris and paving the way for the natural detoxification that your body attempts to do every day.  This month, I am running a 28-day "Reboot" program to help you toward that end.

Starting March 15, participants will begin taking stock of the daily choices they making to either inflame and irritate or clear and heal their systems.  They will begin to focus on what they can add in to their lives (rather than what they have to take out) that will make them feel more energetic, vibrant and alive.

What would YOU do if you felt more energetic, vibrant and alive?
Socialize?  Play with the kids?  Exercise?  Cook more?  Be happier??

If you are experiencing less-than-excellent health, energy or overall well-being, consider joining us for a simple, efficient and motivating 28-day journey toward greater health.  I hope to see you there.

Scroll down for details!

Wishing you all the beauty and joy of Spring,
Jennifer

Inflammation is at the root of virtually every ailment, disease and discomfort in the body.

It is the natural immune response that the body utilizes to fight infections, repair injurie s and maintain a balanced environment.

And it starts in your gut.

Too many calls for an inflammatory response can cause the body to remain inflamed for longer periods of time, or worse, become unable to turn off the inflammation at all, causing pain, chronic symptoms, and worst of all, preventing the body from being able to naturally remove harmful, energy-depleting, disease-causing toxins.

Take advantage of our 28-day reboot program to energize your body the healthy way

Recipe of the Month
Brussels sprouts with kale and cranberry vinaigrette

2 cups brussels sprouts, halved
3-4 kale leaves, cut into bite-sized pieces
Water
1/3 c walnut, almond or (heated to liquid) coconut oil
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp. raw honey
1 shallot, peeled and minced
Sea salt and pepper
1/4 c dried cranberries (see note below)
1/3 c walnuts, coarsely chopped

Put steamer basket in the bottom of a pot.  Add water and bring to a boil.  Add brussels sprouts and steam for 5-7 minutes or until bright green.  Remove brussels sprouts from the pot and repeat with kale for 3-5 minutes or until bright green and tender.  Whisk oil, vinegar, mustard, honey and shallot.  Add sea salt and pepper to taste.  In a large bowl combine brussels sprouts, kale, cranberries and walnuts.  Dress with vinaigrette and toss gently.  Enjoy warm or as a cold salad.

*Most dried cranberries are sweetened with refined sugar.  Whole Foods Market carries organic dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice.
