Greetings!
A new year means new and endless
possibilities, not only for our health, but
for success in all aspects of our lives. An
open mind can lead to achieving goals even
greater than those we set for ourselves.
"It is our light, not our darkness
that most frightens us," Marianne Williamson
writes in A Return to Love. It is easy
to think we can't be rich, talented, or
famous, but really, why not? How
great can
you be?
Use the start of this new and
exciting
decade to uncover the person who may have
been hiding out behind old thoughts, ideas,
habits and extra weight. He or she is the
real you, just waiting to shine. Once
that light is released to the world, there is
no limit to
the level of greatness we can
achieve.
Starting this Thursday, I
will be hosting a group of people ready to
uncover their healthy selves. Then on
February 1, our cooking class will center
around weight loss.There are
still a few spaces for any one else out there
who is ready to shine!
