ArtLinks is a unique Regional Arts Programme for all Creative Practitioners, 18 years and over, who live in the administrative areas of Co. Carlow, Co. Kilkenny, Co. Waterford, Co. Wexford and Co. Wicklow. It is administered by a Director and the 5 Arts Offices of these counties who fund this program. It is also supported by the Irish Arts Council.
ArtLinks aims to both provide a range of professional services and networking opportunities to all Creative Practitioners working in Music, Film, Dance, Theatre/Drama, Literature and Visual Art and highlights their creative work in this region to a wider audience.
