I love helping people transition to a healthier diet with the least amount of effort and biggest results.

It may not be food alone but food in conjunction with understanding your digestion and stress levels that will finally get your body to work for you.

I have a step by step program that will get you clarity as to what foods your body needs and processes to reduce stress so you look and feel your best.

I can teach you what to eat & how to easily  prepare delicious & nutritious foods so you are inspired to nourish yourself.

My system is based on whole foods nutrition with delicious satisfying food- not deprivation. I provide individual and group coaching and programs to help people achieve their own personal wellness goals

What I am up to
This week I have been cleansing with a fabulous group of people from all over the world.  We have cleansers from New York to California, England, Belgium, Canada and Germany.

We are removing toxins from our colon and balancing our pH so we feel leaner, lighter and more energized.

This is what Frances said about the
Pre-cleanse information call ...

This was one of your best talks on nutrition and biology (especially on acid..WOW!). I was captured by your every word! Your talks are always good however this one was 'over the top' in detail, and helped me to understand some key issues going on in my system. I loved it! I am grateful you are giving us the download.

Again, I thank you for your caring and generous spirit ~

Next Saturday I head off to Vietnam for vacation.  This year I am planning to write some blog posts of my experience traveling in Vietnam and how I am doing keeping my diet in balance and my body healthy.

How Does A Natural  Foods Woman Eat While Traveling in Vietnam?

I believe if I am healthy I am free to travel and adapt as necessary to the food available anywhere.  My body can handle it. This is one of the purposes of having a healthy, clean body. I can manage any situation with ease.  If I eat some foods which are harder for me to process than normal, my organs are able to  handle it. This is freedom.  I am excited to experience the food of this culture.

What is tempeh?

Temeph is a highly nutritious super food rich in protein, which has been the traditional cuisine of Indonesia for more than 2000 years.

Tempeh is extremely rich in protein, fiber and vitamins so it is perfect to use in place of meat.  I am not saying clean organic meat is bad, but having less meat is better for your body, you will have less acid.  Less meat is also better for the planet. It takes up to ten pounds of grain to produce just one pound of animal flesh. This means that the same amount of crops that feed 100 could possibly feed 1,000 people on a vegetarian diet.

Temeph is made from fermented whole soybeans.  I am not a big fan of eating soy products unless they are fermented. Unfermented soy products contain trypsin inhibitors which block protein absorption. They also contain phytates which is a toxic anti-nutrient to ward off insects and animals that might otherwise eat them. Unlike beans the anti-nutrients in soy don't wash off or cook off . These phytates bind to minerals like zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper, and may strip them from the body, resulting in mineral deficiencies.
