Greetings to YOU and a Warm Welcome to our strong community of high-achieving women who intend to thrive amidst the challenges of work and life while showing grace under pressure.


There's an energy of celebration in the air! Today is the start of summer break for my two kids, who are looking forward to a carefree summer filled with friends, karate camp, fishing, biking, a beach trip and family fun at our West VA cabin. 


The speed of life is faster now than when we were kids, and our daily demands often leave us disconnected from our creativity.  As adults with many important roles to play, tasks to juggle and hats to wear, we can easily forget about making playtime a priority, can't we?


One thing we cannot create more of is time.  Each of us only gets 525,600 minutes per year, and just as the recent tornados in Oklahoma have shown, we are not always guaranteed all of them.  It's been almost 3 years since my biggest defining moment, where after a brush with death I was tapped on the shoulder and reminded that life is short, and meant to be played all out. 


I've NEVER been more serious about having fun, or more passionate about helping others make playtime a priority! No matter how old we get, we're never too old to engage with our environment, build relationships, try new things, play, and create.


When you make time to give your playful nature more space in your life, you will be delighted at how it spills over into your business leadership, parenting, decision-making, and much more.


Are you up for a challenge?  I invite you to rediscover the silly, sweaty joy of playing by Making a list of 10 new things you can do for fun, play, or adventure this summer, and scheduling at least one activity into your calendar.


What are your ideas for breaking away from the daily grind? Whatever you do, may you stay fit and safe while having a blast!
