For the past 17 years, Mile High Youth Corps (MHYC) has helped urban youth make a difference in themselves and their community through meaningful service opportunities and educational experiences. Part of a network of more than 100 corps nationwide, MHYC works to improve communities and the lives of young people by putting them to work within the Denver-metro area and the Southern Front Range. By integrating paid work experience on community projects with career exploration, education and lifeskills training, the Corps helps youth develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom, the workforce and everyday life.
