Greetings!
Being a yoga teacher is like nothing else (which of course is true about everything). Yoga teacher Sarah Spieth, in her creatively unusual video, captured what teaching is like for me too.

Sarah: "The only measure of value is my authentic expression in this present moment."
Kripalu Yoga is a Tantric system which is a technique-rich style of spiritual practice more oriented to the married or single householder than the monastic or solitary renunciant, and thus exhibits what may be called a world-embracing rather than a world-denying character.
Tantra dissolves the dichotomy of spiritual versus mundane; practitioners can entail every aspect of their daily lives into their spiritual growth process, seeking to realize the transcendent in the immanent. Tantric spiritual practices and rituals thus aim to bring about an inner realization of the truth that "Nothing exists that is not Divine," bringing freedom from ignorance and from the cycle of suffering (saṃsāra) in the process.
This allows the person to experience total liberation and then unity with ultimate truth or reality. Afternoon group Tantric Yoga practices in Costa Rica include the sensual practice of eating ice cream at Pops.
