During my recent trip to San Francisco / Marin County California, I noticed everyone looked young no matter how old they were.

They had a certain quality of engagement with life no matter what they were dealing with. It also seemed that everyone was doing yoga.

Sticky mats abounded, a studio was on every corner, and I found myself in several stores with large sections of yoga clothing and stuff.

That's California!
