Greetings!
Obviously this week is America's most popular holiday "Thanks-giving" - get it. This is actually a yoga practice that can be done every day. Santosha, the yogic practice of contentment, classified by Patanjali as a Niyama, is achieved through the conscious expression of gratitude.
One form of this practice is simply saying "thank you" as often as you can all day long. Try it. This practice draws your attention to the web of support you have around you. The "thank you" is for the other but it is most important to the one who speaks it.
Gratitude is the antidote to dispair!
If you are interested in going deep inside - stay tuned each week.
Jai bhagwan (I bow to the light in you)
