Greetings!

The greatest challenge in a yoga practice is simply showing up - even when part of you wants to run away. Listen to the excuses... la la la. I've heard them all come out of my mouth and yet I know that if I just start the journey step-by-step I am closer to where "I" want to be.

Yoga practices awaken consciousness to the natural ebb and flow of life as a human being. This then empowers us to make wiser choices from a place of equanimity as we each deal with what the randomness of life sends our way.

Join the other yogis as we gather each day for 21 days in a row at either 6:00 or 7:30 am starting Monday July 30. There are spaces open in both classes!

Every morning 6-7:15 or 7:30-8:45 am for 21 days!     Practicing with the same group of people, at the same time, in the same place, every day for 21 consecutive days, creates an opportunity to experience the deepest states of yoga and significant personal transformation.
Each class will include asana, pranayama, hand mudras, meditation and inspiration.

In my classes its all about doing "your version" of the pose. Step by step change either happens or not but you still get there.

You can easily register on line here.

If you are interested in going on this inner journey of yoga with me - join me for the 21 day intensive or in class weekly.

Jai bhagwan (I bow to the light in you)
