Effective Advertising

Time is money and we all need to think of ways to work smarter and not harder. Effective advertising gives companies a chance to accomplish this.

Sales staff are ambassadors for a company and thus they are important in building business and fostering relationships. However, their impact only goes as far as their ability to influence. The best salesperson only has so many hours in a day and his or her success rate will only be so high. You can increase their productivity through simple measures. Using effective advertising is important and will positively impact your sales. This can be seen in a number of ways.

Effective advertising makes life easier for your salesperson. Potential clients are provided with the necessary information to help them understand your company and what you have to offer. Effective advertising makes it much easier to influence potential clients because they would already have a high understanding of your brand. This all comes back to name brand awareness because simple psychology shows that people will trust what they know. If you are a company that people are unfamiliar with, then it is that much harder to sell yourself. Effective advertising will familiarize your company with the industry through constant contact of the right material to the right people. This softens up your potential customer, requiring less convincing and less effort.

"Paperitalo" (pop-er-ree-towel-o) is Finnish for "Paper House."  We produce and distribute, electronically only, many publications dealing with all matters in the pulp and paper industry worldwide.  You can see a list of these here.  Additionally, we broadcast live, and in podcast form, from  Pulp and Paper Radio International.

Our print publications are the highest ranked publications in the pulp and paper industry worldwide according to alexa.com.  We publish our and our major competitors' Alexa rankings each Monday here.

We currently experience around 20,000-plus clicks, or as we like to call them "touches", every day from around the world.  This means on average, every minute of every day, slightly more than 14 people choose to click on to one of our publications or podcasts.
