Advertising in a Digital World

It goes without saying that companies want to maximize results from their marketing budgets.

Knowing your target audience is extremely important. Where do they go for industry news, do they prefer digital media or print media, what factors are important when making purchasing decisions, how they choose suppliers are all important questions. Understanding as much as possible about your target audience will undoubtedly help in your decision making process.

Of course the major key of marketing is location!

According to Forrester, a greater portion of the B2B buyer's journey has shifted to the digital world, but marketing isn't keeping the pace.

There are many advantages to digital advertising. The first being cost: online advertising is cheaper than print advertising. The second advantage is reaching people 24/7. Another advantage is being able to target the profile of your ideal customer. Online advertising delivers traffic to your website and builds brand awareness. Digital advertising invites mobile engagement. Digital campaigns can be executed quickly.
The reach of online advertising far surpasses that of print advertising.

The internet is the fastest way to deliver a message.

The sales cycle in B2B markets can be a long process.  Having an online presence through digital advertising increases the chances that your prospects will remember you when they are getting close to buying decisions.

According to Forbes, 45% of B2B buyers are millennials, who perform about 12 web searches before contacting a sales person, and 70% of B2B buyers view webinars as part of their evaluation process.
