Enriching the Local Community by
Strengthening the Nonprofit Sector
The Paul Clarke Nonprofit Resource Center was created in October 1982, and is part of the Readers Services Department of Allen County Public Library and is a Funding Information Network partner of the Foundation Center.
The mission of the Paul Clarke Nonprofit Resource Center is to collect, organize, and share information on foundations, nonprofits, corporate giving, and related subjects. Information includes instruction in the use of the resource materials, and the Foundation Directory Online database, which is only accessible at the Allen County Public Library or other Foundation Center Funding Information Network partner libraries.
The PCNRC provides books, other materials, and professional services at no cost for all users of the collection. These users include grantseekers, grantmakers, researchers, and the general public.
