Description: 

The Caplan Foundation for Early Childhood supports innovative, creative projects, and programs designed to significantly enhance the development, health, safety, education, and/or quality of life of children from infancy through five years of age.

 

The foundation provides funding in the areas of early childhood welfare, early childhood education and play, and parenting education.

Kendal Charitable Funds Promising Innovations

Eligibility: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations classified as 501(c)(3) organizations by the Internal Revenue Service.   

The proposed project must focus on the following topic: Family, friends and unpaid caregivers of older adults experience many challenges, some of which are unique to their situations and some of which are more universal. We seek proposals that identify and address these challenges in ways that support and nurture primary caregivers, educate their support systems, and enhance the quality of life of the individuals in their care.  

 

Maximum Grant Amount: $25,000.00  

 
Deadline: Letters of Intent due May 22, 2015
 
Description: The Promising Innovations Selection Committee is pleased to announce the grant topic for the 2015-2016 grant cycle.

Family, friends, and unpaid caregivers of older adults experience many challenges, some of which are unique to their situations and some of which are more universal.

We seek proposals that identify and address these challenges in ways that support and nurture primary caregivers, educate their support systems, and enhance the quality of life of the individuals in their care.

Eligibility:  Principles in K-12 who are members of the NAESP

Grant Amount:  $2,500.00 + $1,000 worth of Crayola products
 

Deadline: June 22, 2015 


Description: The 2015 program provides grants for innovative, creative leadership team building within elementary schools. Apply now for the opportunity to receive a grant for building your school's creative capacity. Each grant-winning school (up to 20 grants awarded) receives $2,500 and Crayola products valued at $1,000.
