Fake It or Face It - PSA
Fake It Or Face It

Greetings!

"Fake it or Face it" is a short video clip which appears on  the official website of Media Literacy Week  (November 7-11 - see official website.)  I like its positive message.

"Fake it or face it" is a challenge to each one of us.  It is so easy to live on the surface of things , and so much harder to dig deeper.

Take courage.  Leave your comfort zone.  Knock on some new doors.

Mark

See The World Of LIFE

 - with Craig and Henrike Holdredge

HoldredgeLearning to see the world of life is a process of inner transformation. To become more open, observant, and aware of the living things around us is one of the portals to that pathway; to stretch one's mind and to learn to think that which lies beyond the sense-perceptible is another necessity.  Through plant observations and through exercises taken from projective geometry, we want to engage in those two ways of practice, which mutually support each other.

4-5 November, Friday 7:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00-5:30 at 901 Rutherford Rd.

Feel Wool, Feel Well
woolA tip from the My Child Myself Shop:

Wool
possesses excellent warmth  retention and is moisture-regulating, absorbing up to one third of its own weight of moisture and depending on external conditions, able to return it to the environment. To be dressed in wool next to the skin, especially in our colder months, brings a foundational warmth that supports health at all levels of the human being - body, soul and spirit.
