Welcome to my Complementary Health Newsletter Archive, once a month I create a newsletter for my clients, contacts and those interested in health related topics. I am a holistic practitioner in the West Island of Montreal, with a Reflexology, Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy practice, but I also enjoy sharing pertinent health related information. Recently I have created an organization called The West Island Complementary Health Alliance which stems from my desire to share information on healing modalities and environmental issues.
