Market Trends
SALES ACTIVITY CONTINUES UPWARD TREND
Third quarter closings increased 22% from 3Q of 2012. The largest increase in the number of closings was in the $750,000-$1,000,000 price range with 118 closings.
During Q3 the average sales price increased 24% over the same time period last year (see graph below).
Inventory for the quarter declined to 5,075 single family homes and condos on the market representing a 17% decrease compared to last year and a 63% decrease compared to the peak in 2007 when supply reached 13,662 properties.  Overall, sales remain strong and available inventory continues to decline resulting in an increase in property values.

Make a tossing motion for good pitch shots.
A great way to feel what a good pitch shot swing feels like is to pretend that you are tossing a ball underhanded to the target. When you set up for a pitch shot, take a practice swing and feel as if you are tossing the club head as you would toss a ball underhanded. Repeat the practice swing to get the feel for the distance and then go ahead and execute the shot by feeling the toss to the hole. In golf, you will make progress if you can learn by feel. This shot is a great example of feeling the proper swing. View more tips
