GOLF TIP
Get the ball rolling
for a good round.
If you watch the PGA Tour players putt, you will notice that their putts start rolling right at impact. Most players will start their putts with a bounce and a few hops before the ball starts to roll. To make your putts hug the green, you need to have a little shaft lean. Just before you start your backstroke, make a little forward press by moving your hands forward a fraction toward the hole. Keep that position and you will have the putter face leaning or titling with the top edge ahead of the bottom. This will give you a putt that starts on line without any bounces. View more tips
