Introduction
Our
only method of marketing potential property deals is by our email 'Deal
Alert' service. You may have 'opted-in' to our subscriber list, or
someone may have forwarded you an email. Make sure you go to the
bottom of the email, and click on the link 'join our mailing list', if
you have not already done so.If you are new to Invest BMV deals, the first place to go to is 'Newsletter and Information Emails'. They will give background information on what type of deal alerts you are likely to receive, why speed is vitally important when dealing with 'distressed vendors', additional services such as 'deal text alerts', and information about how you can purchase properties with little or no money down.
If you want to receive info on the latest deals right away, email me at arlojwhite@yahoo.co.uk and request a FF Agreement and Investor Info sheet. Once we have your details on file there will be no delays before we send you photos, deal stackers, addresses, etc.
Important note about email alerts:Due to the volume of deal alerts being sent, some email systems classify emails from my address (arlojwhite@yahoo.co.uk) as 'spam' (the cheek!). To make sure you do receive the deal alerts, add my email to your address book. Check your spam box and any emails from me, mark as 'not spam'. If the problem continues, make sure you sign up for the text alerts service (click HERE for a link), and check your email service providers help files. Find available deals... The main purpose of this Archive Homepage is to provide a central reference point for all previous emails that have been sent out to our subscriber list.
You may have:
- signed up to our subscriber list after a particular deal alert has already been sent out,
- deleted or misplaced an email, OR
- older deals may still be available - or become available again for one reason or another.
Whatever the reason, if you are interested in a particular deal, you can access the information quickly and easily without trawling through your inbox.
FINANCE - IMPORTANT! Since Mortgage Express pulled their instant remortgage facility, many buyers have struggles to find a genuine way to buy 'no money down'.
NMD Finance Scheme - We have now set up our own 'No Money Down' finance scheme, which has been fully examined, has been declared and accepted by lenders, and is tax efficient. Please call/email me if you want to discuss how this works.
NMD Purchase Costs Borrowing Scheme - Due to abuse from certain investors - we are no longer offering this service. We may consider offering this service to clients who have proven track records of agreeing deals and following through with purchases.
