By responding like this you commit to paying the Deal/Lead Fee within 6 hours. The Deal Fee is to avoid indecisive or uncommitted investors taking the lead details with no real serious intent to buy or proceed swiftly.
Remember we mainly deal with motivated sellers, often in dire need of help, who need speed and decisiveness in completing the deal as agreed. This is the reason why you are getting an investment property at a discount. The vendor has not been contact by us unless stated otherwise. We are unable to confirm the vendor's financial or perosnal circumstances, or their ability to enter into property sale. We are unable to confirm the accuracy of the vendor's asking price or the market value quoted and these should be confirmed by the purchaser. Our aqdvertising states that we would pay the vendor's legal fees, which you must be prepared to honour.
