the 'Ref number' of the lead in your subject line. If you are the fastest to respond, we will inform you that you have the right to purchase the deal. If you are unsuccesful, we will endeavour to inform you ASAP.
Pay Deal Fee:
By responding like this you commit to paying the Deal/Lead Fee within 6 hours. The Deal Fee is to avoid indecisive or uncommitted investors taking the lead details with no real serious intent to buy or proceed swiftly.
Remember we mainly deal with motivated sellers, often in dire need of help, who need speed and decisiveness in completing the deal as agreed. This is the reason why you are getting an investment property at a discount. It harms our reputation if we cannot deliver that for them - and we certainly do not want to be responsible for worsening people's circumstances.
Finder's Fee:
The Finder's Fee is 1% payable only upon succesful completion of the deal. The Deal/Lead Fee is credited to this amount (in other words, you get the Deal/Lead Fee back upon completion).

We offer a free replacement lead of the same value only if the telephone number provided by the vendor is un-obtainable. We do not offer any warranty as to accuracy of the information of the information that has been provided by the vendor, or their level of motivation.
The vendor has not been contact by us unless stated otherwise. We are unable to confirm the vendor's financial or perosnal circumstances, or their ability to enter into property sale. We are unable to confirm the accuracy of the vendor's asking price or the market value quoted and these should be confirmed by the purchaser. Our aqdvertising states that we would pay the vendor's legal fees, which you must be prepared to honour.
We aim to dispatch your lead after payment has been received and guarantee delivery of lead details within 24 hours. No part of this email or constitutes or forms part of any contract.
