Both deals are still available.
One investor failed to raise fees and became uncontactable for the Rossendale Deal, and the Southport/Birkdale deal remains untaken. Both are attractive deals for differing reasons.
Both were detailed in previous emails - if you would like a repeat email copy, please email back.
As both deals are 'getting late in the day' for the vendors, I am willing to let an investor take these on if given a decent offer. Your 'best bid' would be to state how much money you would be prepared to pay instead of the quoted total Finder's Fee.
If you are interested, please let me know by email. I will hold this open for another few days, after which I will have to infrom the vendors that I have been unable to find them a buyer.
