Manchester and Bolton leads
We have received two enquiries from motivated sellers outside our normal area.
Both are 3 bed bungalows. The Bolton property is worth approximately £180,000, and the Manchester property around £170,000. Both are motivated sellers, and have indicated that they would seriously consider an offer at around 15% below market value, although we may be able to reduce this still further through negotiation.
At present we have not undertaken any due diligence, viewed the property, carried out a valuation, or taken any photographs - as we do not know if there is enough interest from you - our investors.
