If the mood at last year's University of Miami Real Estate Impact Conference was optimistic, the feelings this year were downright bullish about real estate in Miami and beyond. Hosted at the newly-minted Perez Art Museum Miami by the School of Business and School of Architecture, the conference brought together nearly 300 real estate leaders.

The School of Business hosted a reception February 7 to recognize the first recipients of new scholarships for the School's Executive MBA program in Puerto Rico. The scholarships were made available through a partnership with the Jose Jaime Pierluisi Foundation.
